Always great quality of food when I go, fast serving & never had a problem. If I could offer criticism it would be to allow people to sit and talk for a little even if their meal is close to finished. It’s a nice intimate setting & people may be on dates or catching up w/long distance family. Don’t stare or hover, esp if it’s a slow day. I recommend this place to anyone. If you enjoy Ramen, Wu’s is a great place. It has become a favorite of mine among other options in our region. Their broths are rich with a depth of flavor. Noodle portions are generous. Toppings and topping add ons easy to choose from. They aren’t the best “cost value” but worth the extra splurge. First time visiting. Went for lunch with my brother and son. I highly recommend the spicy beef Ramen. It was perfect. Service was not good. The servers need to be trained to be servers. Just showing up at a table and taking an order isn't enough. The server has to facilitate the experience, especially for new customers. A simple, "Hi, how are you doing today? Is this your first time dining with us? We're glad to have you! Do you have a general idea of what you'd like? I'd like to recommend _____. That pairs well with ______." Opening up communication in a restaurant is important. It increases sales and helps people connect to the establishment and want to return. DON'T GET ME WRONG, the staff was friendly. The host was friendly. Everyone smiled and gave us what we needed and quickly, but I could tell the servers weren't experienced. A cozy, welcoming environment with highly energetic and kind employees. Got a great impression walking in, all the way to walking out! Food was delicious and the free drink refills made it that much better! Aside from the delicious Gyoza appetizer, I ordered the Chashu Rice Bowl and boy was it not only filling, but delectable! Only my 2nd Ramen place, so new at tasting it, but I thought it was great. Ordered the pickled cucumbers for a light appetizer and also ordered the Seafood Ramen (see photo), and the Beef Ramen - both mild. They offer hot selections as well. There is hot sauce on the table for seasoning the mild as well. For drinks decided on something different than the typical soft drink so took the Raspberry Tea which has free refills. All our food was very tasty and the broth was not greasy but delicious. While waiting I read the menu which told how to eat ramen which was a good lesson for me since I only had it 2ce, but they say as long as you enjoy it any way is OK. The server was very friendly and efficient. The inside had booths and a bar and we were there for a late lunch - there was one other couple there on a weekday. I was surprised by how good this ramen place was. I got the spicy tonkotsu. The broth had great flavor, depth and complexity. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Prices are about the same as ramen places in Chicago from my experience.

First time at a Ramen restaurant and it did not disappoint. For it being somewhat of a chain, it was very good. Appetizers were a little small but the Ramen was fantastic. The broth had amazing flavor. I recommend not getting spicy, since they offer Sriracha and hot garlic oil on the table. You can spice it up to your taste preference.
