The service is almost always frustrating. I do not have a “gluten allergy,” but I still cannot have any cross contamination. A few months ago, I put in my online order that the food must be “gluten free,” but when I went to pick up my food they had not even started the order. The employee said they did not start it because they did not know if it was for an allergy. I have worked in food service before and would never say that an order is ready then wait until the customer arrives, I would instead make the order under the assumption that there can be no cross contamination. Any other OSU dining location makes my orders without cross contamination when I write “gluten free,” so I do not know why Woody’s is exempt from this. Most recently, I marked my online order as a “gluten allergy” and for the wings to be tossed in the sauce (because they do not always do that), and my order still had the sauce on the side.

dont even need to say anything, picture speaks for itself. size of hand for reference, also the pieces dont fit together like they were even from the same pie
As far as campus food goes, Woody's is pretty solid, which is to say the food is alright. It's got a distinct atmosphere from most of the rest of the university, but is generally unremarkable. The pizzas can be very hot or miss. Sometimes you get a great one, and sometimes it's small and burnt. The tables tend to get full really quick during lunch and I think calling it a "tavern" is really pushing it. Overall would recommend.
This place has quite the atmosphere. There are plenty of seats, and all of the tables were clean. There are also plenty of screens playing all of the sports you could ever want. The music here isn't played too loud, so you can listen and talk to your friends without having to yell over each other.
