I had their Cantonese Fried Shrimp as an appetizer. It was delivered in six pieces. I'm pleased it was made fresh because it was hot when it got at my table. The fried shrimp has a distinct form that resembles a donut. The batter is a lovely golden hue, and the texture is crunchy. It's unfortunate that the shrimp is hidden beneath a thick layer of batter. The fried shrimp was lackluster on its own, but it was served with sweet and sour sauce and hot mustard for flavor. I got their noodle soup with shrimp wonton and roast duck for my entree. The portion was fairly large. I wished it had been served in a ceramic bowl to retain the heat because the soup was warm. The chicken broth has a deep flavor. The chicken broth has a fantastic depth of flavor, and every sip satisfies my palate. The roast duck has a gamey undertone, and the meat is on the tough side. There are two or three chunks that have a significant amount of meat and the rest are merely bone. I'm impressed with the egg noodle; no matter how long it's submerged in the soup, it retains its solid texture. In my perspective, the shrimp wonton was more satisfying than the roast duck. The wonton exterior was delicate, and the inside was aromatic. The service was quite fast; I never expected to receive an appetizer and my meal at the same time. Customer service, on the other hand, is inadequate. I felt rushed at first, and once the meal was served, the server didn't bother to check on me. This is a good spot for good food at a reasonable price, in my opinion.
