This restaurant can be recommended for good boneless wings, rolls and chicken wings. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters serve great tea. Wow! Terrible service!! Ordered on line arrived to a lobby full of irritated customers with a less than helpful or friendly staff. Waited additional 30 minutes for wings that didn’t have sauce on them! Shame on management. Same thing 6 months ago when we pledged to not go back. We caved and gave them another shot tonight. I won’t make that mistake again… Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My first visit to this location. The food took a bit long to prepare, but they were busy with to-go orders, so I get it. The only reason for 4 stars is because they wouldn't let us eat inside the store on a VERY windy day. We made do. We were road tripping, so that was really our only option for such messy food. No hot sauce in the car. We had garlic parm boneless, original hot and mango habanero bone-in. Everything was piping hot. The flavorings were terrific. With such sticky sauce I expected the mango hab to be too sweet. It was great. I tried a side of their hottest sauce. It was very good with all the other food dipped into it...fries, boneless, and bone-in were all good with it. The food was correct, hot, and delicious. We were shocked at the "side" of fries. Gigantic portion. My family of 3 could have shared 1 or 2 and had plenty. I will likely eat here again, but probably not until the indoor seating is available. Do not go to this wing stop. Insanely slow, insanely understaffed, insanely unprofessional, and consistently messing up orders. I have gone back multiple times hoping it’d get better and it has only gotten worse. Today is the last day I will be giving my business to this location. The manager on duty 1-5-24 is rude and does not have any business having a title with such power when she speaks to people the way she does. Her name is MARIA. Please tell me how I have to pay someone to redeliver food that I never received? Literally told me they failed to do their job and just gave up on figuring out where food belonged so I just didn’t get it and told me I had to figure it out and call DoorDash even though that’s not who I placed my order through. She refused to give me her name or a managers number and told me basically I was SOL and had to wait to call in the morning lol like no ma’am now I have angry hungry kids and $35 wasted on these fools and DoorDash told me they have to be the ones to reprocess the order and now they’re refusing to do so. Always hot and fresh! We love this place so much. We have tried everything they have. We especially love the chicken tenders. They are always perfectly breaded and nice and meaty. They come in 3 piece or 5 piece , fries, and a drink. The fries themselves are a great treat. Customer service is usually awesome. I would suggest calling in or app order. Them are always very busy. We did try whole thighs this time. A little disappointed because they were really tiny and a bit over cooked. Maybe because they were on the bone. Not sure.

Everything we ordered today was soo delicious! We ordered the 10 piece mixed garlic parmesan bone-in. It was hot and crispy, the way wings should be done. The veggies were crisp and the rolls were soft. My husband ordered the baked beans, and they were just as delicious as everything else we ordered. We phoned our order in because it is usually a long wait if we order when we arrive.

Ordered online with the future care resetting, tried to call immediately to cancel and they phones were down. Tried to call another store for help but they couldn’t assist. Sent my daughter to store to try to cancel and staff was incredibly rude telling her “ you can’t expect us to answer the phones” then told her oops our phones are down. Wouldn’t let her cancel order.
