The service is very unacceptable I called many times on different occasions to place an order through the phone and I get put on hold all the times I call and it is honestly very stupid they do that what’s the whole point of having a phone number if your customers can’t even order through phone?it is very frustrating that myself has to go down to the store and get down just to place an order and I have to wait another 45 minutes for my food and it’s not even busy I even call while im outside the store seeing it’s not busy and I see the cashier pick up the phone and put me on hold while there is no one in line to order it is very unnecessary to answer and out me on hold when I’m outside the store and it’s not busy at all very bad customer service !!!here’s a photo and no one is upfront attending there’s enough people in the kitchen they don’t need the cashier’s assistance very bad service !!! How many bad reviews is it gonna take in order for you to change management? This establishment is horrible. The manager with all her tattoos and no customer service skills whatsoever tries to intimidate her customers. It's only her and one cook no matter what time you go. I think they take try to take advantage of the situation that they're the only fast food place in this location. That at this point they don't care how they take care of their customers. Their franchise name should be stripped Service Dine in Price per person $20–30 Recommended dishes Wings

Worst service ever. Staff not very helpful. Maybe they need some training or customer service training. I will never return to this location. The owner of this establishment should have a staff meeting and start looking for more staff. This place was a lot better a few years back. Horrible service and food. After receiving our order all our fries were stale & the order of 5 wings of louisiana hardly had any seasoning when going back to the store to get a remake or partial refund host kayla allegedly said she was a manager and did not want to give us a refund she said there was nothing wrong with the order. she even felt the fries. And said the louisiana wings had a little seasoning and that it was okay to serve them like that. I went around 10 PM the girl at the front told me it was going to be an 18 min wait, when I received my wing my original hot wings look old and cold and so were my fries I received like half of the container with really old fries and they were super cold. Visited on a Friday evening. The fountain drink machine was not working so they were giving a 20oz soda bottle with your combo instead; no refills. To make matters worse, the air-conditioning was not working and it felt hotter than outside. It did take the full 40 minutes for our food to come out besides being the only party dining in; they still forgot the veggies. While we waited, there were people waiting for their pick up order that had to wait a while cause there was only one cashier. The cooks would simply place the orders on the counter and walk away. It may not be in their job description but how hard is it to ask someone for the name on the order and hand it off. Unreal. I would not recommend you visit this establishment, if you can call it that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gave this location another chance… Their customer service got a bit better but they still in the corner on their phones doing nothing, the cooks are the only ones who seem to be working hard. This location specifically seems to run out of fries quickly, so try not to order late at night or dine in late either unless you don’t order fries… the wait time is bad as well so expect to be there a while. On the bright side your food should be fresh..as long as you pay attention to the orders they’re making because the cashiers sure won’t be checking up on them … Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
