I waited for my order for a whole hour & 15 min . The only reason I got my good last night was because this light skinned girl with braids came in getting everybody food out the door . This is sad this location has no type of customer service …. A kitchen full of people and no food was getting out at all … all I had was a 20pc no fries no ranch …. I wanted my money back but the lady with braids was nice and got me out of there I couldn’t even be mad at her … whoever runs this location needs to retrain EVERYONE THIS IS SAD . Manager on duty was standoffish. Don’t usually mind these kinda things, just wanted my food. They forgot to cook the chicken. This is what I got. Took a few bites and realized something was wrong. Hope I don’t get sick. To add. The guy rang me up as two guests for two drinks and an up charge for a large fry. I was alone but I didn’t say anything to avoid confrontation. I think he over charged me purposefully. Maybe it was an accident idk. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Wing Stop has the best wings in the area without question. Places like 901 Wings are just overpriced and their wings aren't as good. I wish we had more Wing Stops in the area. I live in Hernando and have to go to Olive Branch. The food here is awesome. The fries are the best around also. Sometimes, they will get an order wrong though. They don't listen very well. My advice would be to definitely check your order before you leave. But other than that, this place is great.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! They never answer the phone ! I ordered over $70 worth of food and they delivered a completely different order and everything tasted like it had been saturated in butter !! IT WAS DISGUSTING! No flavor just BUTTER sand that wasn’t even a flavor choice! No one answered the phone therefore I couldn’t have my order replaced or request a refund but I am however contacting customer service . It’s terrible how that location went downhill. Please don’t order online , they will take your order and money then when you arrive for pick up , NO ONE IS THERE!! I ordered all Flats and as you can see I received every type of chicken that they offer .

Don’t know if there is new management or what, but I feel this place has GREATLY improved since I used to eat here about a year ago. These past few months have all been great experiences. Good customer service, always greeted and acknowledged, and the wings are always fresh and hot. Please keep up the great work!! I don’t know where to start. My fries were cold my wings were undercooked and definitely not done! The wings were sooooo huge and had feathers on them. It even looked like they cut the wings in half! I should have paid attention to the negative reviews, but I wanted to try their new flavor. I ordered the 20 piece boneless, with three different flavors. I only got 12 pieces with two different flavors. Yes, I was missing 8 pieces of the flavor I wanted to try. I won't be going back, at least not at this location. Placed an order for a family of 4. Online it said the order would be ready 16-21 min. We arrived to pick up at 23mins and still had to wait another 25 mins for the food and we’re told “we are short staffed”. When the food was all given to us, it was cold. It’s no one’s fault if they are short staffed. We already over pay for this food and only to be given cold food and takes too long. They have 2.8 stars for a reason and that should’ve been my reason to not order. But I did! I placed an online order for pickup and now I’m regretting that decision. I specifically requested my fries to be well done, only for them to give me under cooked fries smothered in cheese. What a waste! I also requested and paid for all flats they omitted that request as well. The chicken was old and not fresh. I’m beyond upset. Not to mention I decided to tip them without knowing they was going to screw my order up. They need to get it together. Management has to be terrible and on down. Do better people. Wingstop is too expensive to receive the food they give you at this location. I wish I can leave zero stars because they deserve it.
