I got the hot lemon pepper and garlic parm tenders with garlic parm fries. All very good! I was expecting the lemon pepper one to taste more like lemon pepper, but it really just tasted like buffalo sauce. Still tasty! Would eat again. Generous portions and food was ready after ordering online (automatically 20 minute wait with estimated time done. This is the 4 tender meal. First time ordering and my last. Order arrived 25 minutes late, it was supposed to be delivered in 40-50 minutes arrived 1.5 hour later. And food was definitely cold 2 items of my order were missing I ordered 2 regular plain fries, we received cheese and bacon fries . So basically one meal was delivered correctly!

The chicken was not great and it smelled bad. This is why ppl say wash your chicken. Bc it definitely has a smell to it. Althought they provide a sauce the chicken just lacked flavor and was bland. We couldn't even finish it and just threw it out. The taste of the sauces are very subtle and need to be amped up a bit. Didn't taste the chipotle or citrus in the BBQ sauce at all. Idk if you can but salt your chicken pls. Service was great though. I brought food for my sons my order was messed up. Called spoke with management he claimed he was going to refund me but it never happened. I drove there with my receipt a few days later the manager on duty confirmed that I called that same day and prepared the missing items plus a free fries. Maybe it's a one time thing, but ain't no way I'm coming back again. I ordered Honey BBQ and Medium Hot wings and taters. The wings were so pale from the lack of sauce coverage, and very soggy. Now you might argue that the steam collecting in the closed container is what made it soggy. No. I'm talking so soggy it was basically boiled in water. I have never had this happen to me with wings from Buffalo Wild Wings or some local pizza joint when I pick up orders. And the flavor? Their flavored sauces must be the Lacroix of sauces cause you are only getting the slightest hint of anything. They basically showed the wings a picture of a bottle of hot sauce and called it a day. Cmon bruh Has food ever made you actually sad? These wings made me unironically sad. I ate 3 and just decided to skip dinner. That's how sad it made me. It didn't make me want to eat something else. Terrible customer service. I ordered via the website, picked up the food on my way home asking if everthing ordered was in the bag, and when I got the food home several items were missing. Called the establishment and got a very rude man telling me he would not help with refund for missing items. Will not waste my money there again. We have gone 3x since it has opened. We really do enjoy the food, it tastes delicious! The garlic parm tenders are my fav! Just make sure to check your order before you leave. We got home and we’re missing about half our order twice. We did call and they made us fresh wings of what we were missing without hesitation. Which is great customer service. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The girl with the neck tattoo has to go, incredibly rude, unprofessional, watched her have a 5 minute conversation with a friend and disregard the customer next in line. Waited an hour for $50 worth of wings. Ordered straight from the website which says 20 minute wait, then they’re telling ppl 20 minutes over the phone and clearly running behind. Workers out taking smoke breaks at 8pm on a Friday night during busy hour while I’m waiting an hour for my food. Unacceptable.
