My omelette was amazing Fresh, big portions My friend ordered an omelette with hasbrowns in the middle and they didn’t include it. Waitress did not check up on us while the other table was checked on multiple times Service could have been better.. They did offer us a 10% discount for the mistake which was nice Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

To be fair, I've only dined here once since the change-over. Nothing to complain about. No warning signs. By current standards, it seems at least average if not above, in my estimation. This is my second time to Caesar’s since they opened under New Ownership, I Must Say that I’m Very Impressed! During Lent I ordered take out fish 🐠 🐟 and the fish 🐠 🐟 was prepared to perfection! The Take Out Fish Dinner: 2 pieces of fish 🐠 🐟 French Fries 🍟 Coleslaw was under $10.00 and was Very G👁👁D! Went to Breakfast 🥞 🍳 🧇 with an out of town friend Wednesday, my friend ordered 2 eggs 🥚 🥚, bacon 🥓, Hash and Toast, I ordered the Big Breakfast 🥞 🍳 🧇 Special: 3 eggs 🥚 🥚 🥚, Bacon 🥓, Sausage, Hash Browns, Ham and Wheat Toast. I also ordered a side of pancakes 🥞 🥞 to split between the two of us! Marissa was our waitress and she is so sweet 🥹 but so Very On Her Game! This young lady didn’t forget a thing and was very friendly and helpful with her serving us! She kept busy all the time we were in the Restaurant! I Definitely Recommend Caesar’s Coney and Grill of Southgate, the Restaurant is Very Clean, the F🥚🥚D was Delicious 😋 and the SERVER MARISSA WAS EXCELLENT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

So I called and placed an order with the owner because they were busy come to find out he never put my order in to be cooked so I get there 15 minutes later no ticket no food no nothing. You have to due better than this as an owner. So I called back to find out what happened and the best she could do was redo my order. No complimentary service or nothing unbelievable. You just lost a good paying customer. Service Take out Food: 4 Service: 1

Not good. The server was excellent, very attentive. However, the food quality was poor. With so many Coney Islands in the area, there's no reason to ever return. BUT, they do have a very steady stream of regulars coming and going, so they are doing something right for some. Went here for our first time hoping to find a new spot since our old one closed in riverview. Immediately entering it was very dead with the waitstaff sitting around in chairs staring off while there were tables with dirty dishes and food still on them. The one at the bar cashier area told us to sit where we want so we took the booth in the back corner because all the booths along the way were dirty or had food on them. The table we chose as well was also very dirty but figured we would just ask someone to clean it and a waitress came over and did. Then we were given our silverware as the waitress went to get our drinks and we noticed there was still food on both of our silverware which was disgusting. I started having a bad feeling about the place but my boyfriend wanted to stay and ride it out. I ordered onions rings, fries, and mozzarella sticks for us simply because I wasn't trusting of how clean the cooking area was so I figured it would be simple and easy and no matter what the food would be dropped in very hot boiling oil. The waitress took our order to the window and the cook was complaining about what I ordered, that I had ordered "all three" and the waitress confirmed that that was what was ordered. The cook started cussing and getting mad about dropping 3 simple items in a fryer that he didn't even really have to mess with. Now mind you, this place is dead and I heard the entire conversation because it echoes....Then my boyfriend noticed a big wasp behind me that was flying from spot to spot on the window and that was the final straw besides being dirty and insulting. We cancelled our order and paid for our drinks and left. I would never return here ever again and would advise everyone else to stay away. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and we even tried to ride it out since we already ordered. We then went to Cameo off of Dix to try them and it was absolutely great food and service and we were not insulted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
