First time here. Some really great people work here. Especially Tamika (hope I spelled her name correctly). She has a beautiful personality and her representation of this company is impressive. The company should be very proud of their choice of hire!! Also. Yummy fresh hot food. Would return for sure!! Food disgusting not cook well. Soggy and not flavored at all. Only thing decent was the drink. Fries best part of the meal with no salt. Made me loose my appetite to eat here any longer. Too expensive especially for disgusting food. Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Great food and polite staff. A large group of friends and I came from out of town to get our crave on and planned to dine in, although sadly the dining area inside the establishment was closed this time around. A few of us had placed online orders ahead of time but the rest were going to order when they got there. Being that we couldn’t go in, we had to pick up our online orders and place a large order for everyone else all within the drive-thru. The staff were very patient with us and even went above and beyond to make sure everything in all of our orders was correct. Even with the large amount of food we ordered, we received our food fairly quickly and with no mess ups to our entrees. Our excursion to this White Castle made for a good night and we will be back again. Long live sliders! Went at lunch the inside dining was closed. The cashier at the drive-thru window was friendly and knowledgeable. The sliders were airy and flavorful. This was my first trip to White Castle. Granddaughter basketball game. Didn't know White Castles still existed. Last in Milwaukee was in the 70's? Drive through about 9:30 pm diningin closed. . Not like I remembered it. I had my first ever White Castle experience. I couldn’t hardly wait. This was by far the dirtiest public dining room I’ve ever experienced. Floor to ceiling, wall to wall - dirty. After noting how unfriendly staff was, I went to the restroom to wash my hands & grab some towel to wipe a table. There was none. There was also no hand soap. I asked the gal at the counter for paper towel & she looked at me as though I asked her to sell her right lung. Slowly she walked back & dug around for a dry paper towel. If I can’t wash my own hands and have a clean surface to eat, where are the employees washing? How dirty is the kitchen? Hopefully the health department doesn’t make an unexpected visit, as I did love all the food we had. I’d love to go back. I’m so sad about the icky feels this place gave me. It was our first time going to white castle and it was a pretty good experience. If you're in the mood for a hamburger, this is your place. A lot better than the frozen store hamburgers. Also, the mac and cheese bites were mouthwatering! I'm usually not a huge fan of Mac and cheese flavored foods (ex. Mac and cheese pizza) but these are the bomb. I'm from Florida and always wanted to come to white castle unfortunately the store was closed due to shortage of Employee but the drive threw was open . As I was there with my boss and my coworkers they explained to the manager that I've been wanting to come to white castle for 20 years .The manager was so understanding and so nice they let me in and also take pictures with them . I got the v.i.p treatment and am very grateful to the staff .I had a great day and great experience I hope the company recognized them for being great employees and also for the great experience they got to give me ! I love you guys! My Wife and I have a long-standing tradition that started at the birth of our oldest son (now 26). Black Friday morning: 15 sliders w/cheese, fries, cheese sticks and a GREAT BIG Coca-Cola. IT'S A DATE! What better post Thanksgiving feast chaser than that (Breafast of shopping champions!)!?! I usually have a great experience at the Kenosha location, but not this time. This time I was VERY DISAPPOINTED & wasted money when I was short a handful of chicken rings from my order & the sloppy joes I ordered were BARELY filled & topped with the wrong cheese. Literally looked like a slice of American cheese between the bread & a teaspoon of meat filling in EACH sandwich (yes I measured once I got home). It’s going to be a long time until I eat there again.
