This is the second time I’ve eaten at this Whataburger. First time was drive-through and second time was dine in. Both times the food was amazing, and the service was friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The restrooms, dining and drink area were all spotless. Highly recommend stopping here if traveling through. The best Whataburger in Alabama! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff is always friendly and The best chicken sandwich can be purchased from this restaurant. Normally, if I come through drive through during the day time between 11:30 and 3pm, the food is awesome. I was very hungry and a little disappointed coming through drive through in the evening with my food because my chicken sandwich was cold and cheese not melted. My mother and I stopped in to get a bite to eat and had to walk out. The two employees that were up front out right ignored us while we up at the register trying to place our order. Both seen us standing there and continued their conversation. We waited for a moment just to realize they were not going to acknowledge us. We turned around and walked out! It was very clean. Food was good. Loved the Alabama theme. Service was.... slow.. slower than every Whataburger I've been too. But not so bad that I wouldn't come back. Great milkshakes. We just stopped by for a cool drink. We were doing a little driving and needed a pit stop. This location turned out to be just the thing. Other than the tension in the air from the obvious presence of Athens Georgia citizens in Tuscaloosa Alabama, it was a great experience. The aforementioned beverages were strawberry and banana pudding shakes. Those two items were excellent and hit the spot. The notable things about this location were easy access from the interstate, more than adequate parking, and extraordinarily clean inside! The associate behind the counter was also polite and attentive. We are hoping to get one of these in our town soon, but this experience confirmed for me the high quality reputation is well reserved! Bathroom out of soap employees probably not washing their hands. Huge mess on the floor as soon as you walk in. No one in sight to clean it up. Definitely no care attitude by the management and the staff. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been to this Whataburger location few times! Employees are very nice,helpful and friendly. The restaurant is always super clean the ataff does a great job, the food tastes amazing big portions.. They have plenty setting areas inside the restaurant everything is organized the service is fast. We enjoy our time there.

Experience was horrible. Gave a simple detailed order and they gave me what they thought I should have.. I asked for a number 5 NO MUSTARD extra pickles and sautéed onions. They literally gave me raw onions mustard no ketchup and 1 patty when I asked for a double bacon whataburger. $35.87 wasted for no reason. NEVER AGAIN COMING TO THEM. And they didn’t even have a line nor busy for them to get my order completely wrong😒😒

1. Switched people at the window - Second Lady had to ask clarifying questions prior worker asked. 2 had to pull up and wait (drive thru) apparently forgot about us - got our food and it was cold. 3.
