I usually go through the drive-thru but decided to go inside my past 2 visits. To my surprise, everyone was great! In my opinion, young people working at fast food restaurants usually don't provide the best customer service. Not the case here! They were courteous, friendly, funny, helpful, and had smiles on their face. We will keep going back for the hot and delicious burgers & fries! Thank you. Feeling sick. Myself and kids ordered chicken sandwich, and after eating almost all the sandwiches, I looked down and noticed it was Uncooked chicken. The manager was so young I immediately felt like she didn't even understand the seriousness of the matter and sort of felt bad for her. This location is pretty new and the inside is clean and well-maintained but the food took a really long time to arrive. It was probably close to 20 minutes. The food was fresh and delicious, so that was good but the long wait time forced me to remove a star. I also noticed an older couple talking to an employee asking where their milkshakes were and that they had been waiting a long time. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

Dimitri was awesome from the time we placed our order to the pick up at the window. We came after work early early in the morning and weren’t sure if anything was open. Thank goodness for whataburger being 24 hours. Dimitri really did go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that the food was fresh and hot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time trying this well known burger joint, let's just say I wasn't disappointed. Great customer service and food. So many different ways to have your burger or main entree. They forgot the mayo even though it was marked. High school kids were loud. Management should have said something because they were sitting up front. For that it wasn't comfortable for us. Took 20 minutes for them to bring the food. It was delicious as always. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
