If I could give 0 stars I would. It is the worst service. that I have tried in one of those restaurants.😖😖😖😖😖😖😖 They gave me the wrong order... and it took them over half an hour to complete my order... I will not return and I do not recommend them. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I don't go here often but when I do I've never had a problem. The food was great and steaming hot. A new cashier had a little trouble ringing me up with a promotion through the app, manager came over and fixed it in a moment. I think this is where some people get all pissy start complaining and saying they need zero stars because they had to wait an extra minute or two in line. Get over yourself people. The food was not even warm enough to melt the cheese. The person working the register was wearing gloves that she proceeded to touch everything with including the broom and dustpan and then went back to the food. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We had the pleasure of visiting Whataburger with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We had a family member who wanted some chicken strips and fries, and this is where we stopped. There were about 10 people working to ensure the orders were not taking a long time to be completed. Our order was ready in approximately nine minutes. Food was great here but service is always extremely slow, I ordered in the app and it literally took over 45 min to get my food after I arrived. French fries has changed from cringle cut to shoe strings burger did not taste as good as it use to be will not go back there ever again even DQ burgers taste better I don't know why people line up for them I wasted my money and time. No matter the time of the day, they always claim their milkshake machine is not working, off or they ran out. The workers are always so rude, and treat customers like they’re bothering them. As someone who worked in food service for a very long time, I get it, but come on. It’s your job. Management needs to step up at this location. This is the best Whataburger out of all locations I have ever visited. The orders are always fresh and correct. Staff and management are always friendly and professional. I stopped by today and noticed this location employees special needs kids to work and interact with guest. The manager doesn’t hide them in the back away from general public. I also noticed the manager today on 1-4-19 was very patient with two of the kids working, and was letting both interact with guest. For this I will return to this location and if you have time you should stop by also. This is heart warming and I’m proud of the way this Whataburger works with special needs kids, after all they are kids and young adults just like you and I! What to go Whataburger Greenville TX!

I would give this place zero stars if I could always cold food when we get here always takes a half hour for food get here the gentleman up there taking the orders let’s the, fries hang and getting cold has his pants down to his knees it’s just terrible service. They don’t care how long it takes. It takes almost a half an hour just to get your order and then it’s wrong and freezing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
