I've been here a few times and every time they find a new way to make me feel unwelcome. You couldn't bribe them to give you a tray to eat in the restaurant, they put orders in bags. You have to wait 10 minutes before they even take your order. If you ask any questions they catch an attitude and pout like children. Tonight I bought a chili burger and they didn't put chili on it. I like your food a lot and you have a great costumer service but something went wrong on 2/23/24. I ask for two fish sandwiches and medium fries. I got my order and went home.When I open the box I only got two fish's patties and the fries. I did not know how your employee make that mistake. I drove back to the restaurant. I show the box to one of your employee. He went to the kitchen and brought me the correct order, two fish sand. and medium fries. I hope that he gave me fresh patties and fries. The food is fine. You get what you expect, and on certain nights, the staff is unbelievably polite, and sweet. However, it's hit or miss with the sodas. Dream be through personal do not care about what order they give you. Also cold fries and the guy asked me how I wanted my burger after I had already ordered and paid. They seemed to not know what they were doing. They also gave me the wrong burger single meat with ketchup and mayo. When I had ordered a double meat bacon cheese and dry. This location is good. Nice, quiet place to sit and enjoy what ever it is you like to eat from there. I myself ordered the triple meat with onion rings and every thing went good. My friend in the other hand was very picky with his order, the lady at the register asked him how he wanted his burger and she delivered! She was a very good listener. My friend was happy with his food, and he's not always like that. Usually people don't deliver but this crew at this Whataburger did great! Keep up the great work. Been here multiple times and every time there’s workers with an attitude, order comes out wrong, the facility inside (lobby area/drink area) is always dirty. Got here, and the had a huge line, but they have very nice and fast employees outside taking orders. Food did take long, but very normal considering the high volume of cars. Main issue was that my food was cold. Made no sense. With so many orders coming in, I figured the food would be fresh, but my fries were old, cold, and dry. Burger was well made, but cold also. Waited in drive thru line for close to 20 minutes. Decided to eat in my car so it wouldn't get cold. Opened up bag and could smell the onions (which I did not want). Opened the burger and there were enough onion bits to feed everyone in the line. Drove to the front and took it back. It took another 15-20 minutes to get replacement. There were a lot of angry people in there who didn't wait. One man ordered online and his order wasn't ready even after standing there for a while. He just left. I drove from Deer Park to order because this restaurant has always been good in the past. It was worse than DP location, which is horrible. They need adults supervising the kids that work there. Had the grilled chicken sandwich meal, had to wait approximately 20-25 minutes and the sandwich was not hot from sitting on the prep table for the fries for a while. Employees had no sense of urgency and was playing around seemed to not care. I quit going to the Deer Park store a while back because their service was the utmost horrible service I've ever had.
