They usually make very good burgers at this place, the meat is dry, and doesn't have much flavor, and those boneless wings were definitely not the best.

Figured we would stop by on our way home and pick up some delicious Whataburger. What we got instead was, cold and dry burgers with hard buns and hard cheese. The only thing "fresh" on our burgers were the vegetables, I assume trying to cover up the fact that we were given patties that had not been served after being made "fresh". If this is the new "Whataburger" standard after the take over, then our money will no longer be spent at any Whataburger location. Not even a 1 star credit. 30 minute line wait and get told to pull up for my shake sit for 10 minutes. Never got my shake.

If i could leave less stars i would . My wings were so cold , i’ve never experienced service like this from this whataburger especially cause i come here so often . I also asked for extra ranch and got charged for it and didn’t receive it . I didn’t get any napkins , i also got apple pies that were most likely sitting there for a bit , going cold . I’m not one to leave a bad review especially cause i’ve worked in the service industry before , but when something is this bad , it needs to be said . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely poor service, entire order wrong, wait was excessive. The manager had a poor attitude. I thought we were going to get in a fist fight in the drive-through line. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I've been a long-time whataburger fan that ended today. All of your facilities have gone downhill since the buy-out. Today is the last time I will ever go to whataburger. Yall suck! I've eaten here once and it was good. Whatever you do, don't go to the Whataburger on Knickerbocker. You will be disappointed across the board, there.
