I'm not sure if I've ever had a hamburger that was prepared with the lettuce placed under melted cheese topped with bacon. Not sure if they didn't realize heat and lettuce don't mix well hence why it's ALWAYS placed last on the stack of beefy goodness we call a hamburger. Always go inside if anyone is in the drive thru. I waited for 30 minutes to get to the speaker. Only 2 cars were in front of me before the speaker and 1 at the window. This was at 6:00 pm. Usually walk in takes only a few minutes. Food was good and order was correct. I’m not going to go through the drive thru again. Placed an online order. went and picked up. asked if for straws and she says they are in the bag, they weren't. Got back to work, bit into my chicken sandwich only to find it not cooked. Tried to call to get my money back or at least a new one.. no answer. of course. dont go here unless you want food poisoning. - Sincerely YOU SUCK. This store has serious issues with getting orders made in a timely manner, to say the least. Either the employees are poorly trained or the work ethic is poor. At any rate, the management is ultimately responsible for the employee issues here. Service: 1

🗑TRASH ... Don't waste your time energy, or money coming to this location. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 plus minutes to receive two sets cold and old fries. You promote hot fries to then give out fries that have been cooked and sitting for at least 15minutes probably longer. The bagger knew the fries were cold when they put them in the bag... they had no absolutely no heat on them Don't waste your time just drive down to the one off Jedburg . Sad a waste of time and money

Not gonna lie, I awaited in the drive through for at least a total of 50 minutes on a Friday night at 8pm. When I got to the window I was like “I’mma take a second and check my order” lol I had zero confidence my simple 4 item order was gonna be correct and I was right! They forgot the medium fry, like thats 25% of the order. I don’t know who is running this location but they need some serious operations help.. I stopped in here about two weeks ago to get some lunch. It was approximately 3pm, and there was only one other person ahead of me. After ordering, I waited 20 mins and never received my food. During this time, even the drive-through appeared to be having issues getting their food. There were several employees in the kitchen, and all of them having a conversation and joking. Considering this unreasonable wait and horrible service, I asked to be refunded. The assistant manager came out and disappeared 3 to 4 more times over the course of several minutes. During this time she didn't care to communicate with me along with the rest of the staff. After which it was made apparent that she didn't know how to do a refund. The general manager had to come out from prepping bacon to show her. I have never seen a food establishment that was so poorly managed. I've also never seen a food establishment grind to a halt for absolutely no reason. The general manager should've been leading the team and managing rather than prepping bacon. At the very least, management should be fired and replaced. Though in my opinion the whole staff needs to be replaced. DON'T STOP HERE, WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY. I went to the Wendy's on Main Street in Summervile thie evening. There were maybe 3 cars parked there and we waited in the drive thru about 15 min to order. Not only that but, the French fries were so dark as if they were old. Prices have increased and service and quality has decreased. You could barely understand what the drive through person was saying. If I could rate it a zero I would. We won't ever patronize this location again!
