If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a franchise Wendy's restaurant that could have so much potential, but the staff and what appears to be management are awful. I came in twice last week. I always greet anyone across the intercom before I make any menu selections. The person on the other end was very rude (they always are) she cut me off mid-sentence and yelled can you go ahead and order. I asked if I could have a moment because my kids were still deciding what they wanted. Shortly after, I was ready to order but made to wait. When she finally came back to take the order, she still had an attitude and after every item asked if that was all?! When we got to the window, their expression and way of handling things were very passive-aggressive. All of the food was ice cold, the fries had clumps of salt in them. The chicken I ordered was old, fried hard and the mayo was clear with wilted lettuce. The double-stack burgers had only one piece of meat and as you can see from the photo the 2nd patty seemed to have been broken into pieces to split between the 3 biggie bag meals that I purchased. The baked potato was wet, smelled sour, and looked as if it was stepped on. I opted for Chilli, but they did not have any as they never do. Overall the money spent was just shy of 36.00. I spent the evening and the next two days vomiting and in the bathroom, so much in fact that I had to go to urgent care. I missed two days of work and wasted money. I know that times are hard, but I ask that you please hire individuals who want to work and will prepare food that will align with the standards and legacy of this restaurant. It's scary that they would serve food this way to any customers, and have an attitude while doing so. 😒 Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service was terrible. Burgers were old ,should have been in the chilli meat drawer. Baked potato was cold wouldn't even melt the butter, and it was hard. Employees were arguing with one another. No respect for the manager or customers. I should have left and went somewhere else. Waited several minutes just to be waited on. I would have fired at least two of the employees on the spot. Won't go back to this location again. Terrible!!! I bought a honey chicken biscuit, potatoes and coffee at the drive-through window. The food was very good. I was surprised at how good the coffee was, as fast-food places are not known for delicious coffee. The woman manning the window did not appear to be happy to work there. Food: 5 Service: 4

This by far Has to be the worst Wendy’s when it comes to customer service and clean food very often I come here for the taco salad many of times offer to pay for extra sour creams, which they will not accept the payment, but give you a horrible attitude when you ask for something extra even though you’ve volunteered to pay for it but that is something small and minor especially when it comes to the salad container that you get has dirt and sand all over the outside of it, for example like it has been dropped on the floor and then Picked back up to put in the bag and give to the customer. Personally, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone based upon that cleanliness alone. 👎

CUSTOMER BEWARE On Sunday September 12, 2021 around 5:00 p.m. me and my girlfriend stopped by this Wendys while traveling. We sat 30 minutes and we were the 3rd or 4th car back from the window. Girlfriend put our order in no major issues. Got up to the window and young man at the window had no idea what our order consisted of. We told him our order, this time requesting a couple Boo Books. He proceeds to act like he couldn't hear her. "The what". So she repeated the order again. After all that, we get our order. We order 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 hamburgers, 2 boo books and a courtesy cup of ice water. The sandwiches were cold, old and nasty... they had a weird smell to them. As did the hamburgers, which are just as cold. I provided pictures to showcase how thrown together these sandwiches are. The mayonnaise had a weird clearish color to it. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Everyone is rude, does not care about the job they hold, or the service they provide. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

A big disappointment, dine in around 8:00 pm on Monday,09/30, and first noticed that cash payment only because of credit card transactions issues. We ordered a triple cheese combo when I was informed that they did not have onions. So, no onions for the chili also. When we received the food, the hamburgers were overcooked with fresh fries and spicy chickens (the only positive experience). While we were eating, we heard the employees stating that they did not have any more meat or chicken. The dining room soda machine also had no ice. If the restaurant dis not receive their food truck delivery, they should have closed instead of partial service with the below standard products they served during that time. We went trough the cashier me and my family we were treated so well by one of the workers it was a young man really sweet and went trough the menu for us it was really quick to order and a pretty good time for the wait we went there at 7:46 December 26 we ate very well and the guy that attended us was really respectful and patient especially because English is not My family’s first language neither mine so I gave a 10/10 to the guy that attended us thank you so much, we had a great time.Happy new year and happy holidays. Worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my life. And that's saying something! The girl working drive thru tonight at 7:30 pm on Friday night 11/24 was extremely rude to me. Completely unprovoked because I work at a restaurant I get it. I'm nice to everyone all the time. Tonight I tried to order a salad. I was told they didn't have any apple salads. Then she asks you want me to take it off?? I'm dumbfounded by the question, so I say well yeah if you don't have it. She then says you don't have to catch an attitude??!! Like what?? You want me to pay for something you won't give me??? I guess it was her manager behind her listening to all this ( he thought it was funny by the way) I said you don't have to worry about me coming back here ever again. And I visit that location at least 3 to 4 times a week for many years now. This is the first bad experience, but I guarantee I won't be back when you hire people that are just plain rude for no reason and on top of it have what I'm assuming is a manager approving of that kind of behavior. I asked for my receipt to see if a survey is on it which she still didn't give me so I asked again, it was ripped off at bottom. As I'm leaving the "manager" says come back tomorrow, we might have your salad then ma. IM NOT YOUR MA AND I DONT WANT ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN!!!! Customer service isn't that hard to do! I'll look on the bright side at least I won't be spending as much money on take out anymore because y'all can keep it all!!! Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

The morning shift manager will make you want to eat lunch at this establishment every day. He has an nice personality, and make sure his workers provide 100% customer service. I have had 2 bad experiences with this place, so yes I complain. He step right in and take care of the issue with no going back and forth. His apology is very sincere and he cares about his customers. He also keep his self updated with the app coupons to inform his cashiers. If you go when he there guarantee you will get fresh hot food.

I gotta say the other Wendy's I've been too tend to have some whacky reviews from my perspective and how I was attended but, I must say it's a really great Wendy's. As for someone in a road trip, we stopped by. The food was very delicious. Of course it was kind of dirty on the tables, but apart from that it was really good! (Sandwich in the picture was 5 for 5 and it was a crispy chicken BLT, it was constructed very wonderfully unlike the other Wendy's I've been too) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
