Everything about my food was disgusting, 0 stars would be a more appropriate representation of my experience. My burger bun was soggy, broken into multiple pieces, wasn’t even wrapped and looked like it had been smashed. I watched the cashier take our money then go to the back and start touching bacon. Hands were not washed. My fries tasted like cigarettes. So many other places to eat in this area by the mall, will never visit this Wendy’s again. This place has good food if you wait long enough to get it you never know if anybody's working they have a sign that's taped up on their says cash only maybe I got a tip Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped at the South Portland Wendy's this morning and I was very disappointed! Normally a good stop but today was just sad! Ordered through the mobile app, bacon, egg, and cheese muffin with black coffee and seasoned potatoes. When the associate handed me the bag he said "sorry we are out of the potatoes so I gave you what we had (3 little ones) and an oatmeal bar instead". Since I was short on time I said fine and left. I opened the sandwich and it was sausage not bacon! Back to the window and he said "sorry I'll fix it". A few minutes later, he handed me the bacon muffin and I left. When I bit into it, the yoke ran down my chin! Totally unsatisfactory but no time to go back again! I guess Wendy's is going downhill all over! I never learn when ordering from this place. I always think, "it can't be worse than last time." Go to the other fast food places around. If you're a Wendy's fan like I am, you'll just be left heartbroken and disappointed. I can't do this anymore Wendy's, I'll just have to try your sister stores when I'm out of town. If I could give it a 0 I would, literally had to go in 3 times to get the correct food, the first time being to get any food period since they just didn’t give me my second order at all. The people were rude when I kept having to go back in to get my food right, one of which was the manager. Don’t recommend 🙃 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've given this location multiple chances, which is more than they deserve. Each order I've made has been wrong, items missing, or extremely poorly put together. Employees of this location have no morale or people skills and constantly reek of alcohol and Marijuana. Large drinks half filled, missing food items, sauces that had no place in my order, cold food, undercooked burgers, replacing items with "close enough" substitutes without asking... This was one of my worst experiences at a Wendy’s I’ve ever had. The food was cold and and the buns were hard and stale. The soda machine barely works and the place was filthy. I ordered 2 kids meals and neither of them were in the kids meal bags and when I asked about them, the kid was rude and told me they were on the trays mixed in with the rest of our food. I went back and asked for the toys and was told they didn’t have any. Why wouldn’t you tell me this when I ordered the kids meal? Isn’t that the highlight of a kids meal for the kid? Food was delicious and they got us the food pretty quick. A little tricky to get into the driveway but once we figured it out it wasn't bad. Some confusion with our order but once they figured it out they helped us which was nice. Just terrible. The elderly lady taking orders did very well and served as best as possible. Chicken sandwixhes were overcooked and tougg, and dry. ordered ahead through the drive thru and when I got there the line was way to long so I went inside and waited 15 minutes to get to the front and then she told me I had to go through the drive thru to get my food. Hire someone that is capable of the slightest multitasking.
