Placed our order, we were told to pull forward they were making fresh fries and chicken. We waited 10 minutes, got the food and started to pull away. Fries were limp and ice cold and chicken looked like it was barely dropped into the fryer. We went back and asked the young lady for our money back. She said they couldn't refund us, but we could talk to the manager. The manager said they would redo the entire order. We got fries and chicken but not new hamburgers. While showing the cold burgers we discovered the lack of hamburger between the buns. In the end we got our money back.
