This used to be one of the best Wendy's around but now it's a miracle if they can get a simple order right. It shouldn't be up to the customer to tell the staff what toppings the burgets come with. Staff is unapologetically forgetful. It's a shame and frustrating not getting what was ordered and paid for, more often than not now. It used to be so much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Best fast food in Oak Harbor by far! Being it is made fresh when you order it can take a bit longer. However, should you find yourself in a long drive-through line, it should tell you that it that a lot of other people have found it worth the weight! Drive through worker stated "Please give me one second" then after waiting several minutes proceeded to cut power and not state they were closing. Then when we approached the Window to verify what was happening they all grouped awkwardly not wanting to awknowledge and pretended we weren't there. Except for one individual who just sat there grinning. Best worst customer experience ever Service: 1

This review is specifically for the food. We ordered the loaded fries and were told that it was “very good.” Considering it’s fast food, we were not expecting gourmet. But, the fries we got were almost cold. The cheese looks like it was melted in a microwave, which made the fries also soggy, and the bacon was hard as rock. Definitely will not be ordering that again. The only redeeming part of the meal was the Peppermint Frosty. Inside was clean. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

They claim to be open late but after dinner it’s drive thru only. What the hell is this? In a college town where many people don’t have access to a car there’s no excuse here.

The Customer service was great, the lady working the register is very patient even with the less patient and quite rude man ahead of me, they get your food quickly and the overall experience is calm, keep in mind there are a few undesirables that hang around this location. It was ok for what I expected honestly. Usually when I go to Wendy's no matter which location, there's a huge line and it takes at least 15 minutes to get your food.
