Professional service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. The charming atmosphere will be a good addition to tasty dishes and excellent location of Wendy's. On a recent trip to New Orleans, my wife and I stopped here for a quick bite to eat. She got the chili (always delicious!) and I got the chicken nugget combo because I wanted something light while traveling. There was clearly a misunderstanding because what I got was a chicken sandwich. I can't stand mayo so I did my best to scrape it off the bun and make the best of it. The sandwich was still good enough to eat and the service here was pretty good. On the return trip, we thought about eating here again but decided on a local BBQ place instead. Food was good not really hot and some of the fries I would not have given them to a customer however the lady that waited on us was extremely professional, she was courteous and very patient. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Even when I showed up just 30 minutes before close, service was fast, food was mostly warm, and the drive thru staff was cheery. We even got to laugh together about the amount of Dr. Peppers everyone ordered with their meal, while I was wearing a Dr. Pepper shirt. Thank y'all. poor sevice rude servers 3rd time ive went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 large chili's and had recieve my order with nothing to eat my food with kind of hard to eat chili with your hands and fingers as much as fast food costs you would think they would hire decent employees to work got to do better i would not stop and expect to get a decent meal here go to the next exit js thanks

Angela, Jamecia and their staff run a efficient fast food shift at this Wendy’s location. On yesterday and today we arrived with approximately 30 people each day. These crews made it possible for us to get in and out within about 35 minutes each day, while still servicing other customers and a drive-thru. There were 3 bullet holes in the front window and they were angry about opening the door at 10:30 so several of us waited until 10:45 before they unlocked the door for us. I will look to avoid this area in the future. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

We stopped here for dinner on a road trip and we were surprisingly pleased. It was an outstanding experience. Most times you don’t have much luck with fast food on road trips but we did.
