Guests can order good chicken sandwiches at this fast food. As a number of reviewers notice, lemonade is really good. The only thing that disappoints when you visit Wendy's is the gracious staff. Visitors state that the fine. The quiet atmosphere will be really just what you need after a long working week. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Well they didn’t have the nice breakfast fries which are superior than the garbage fries they usually have. Also, who in the hell puts mayo on a breakfast sandwich? Is this a sick joke? What brain dead clown thought putting mayo on a sausage and egg breakfast croissant was a good idea? Legitimately going to this Wendy’s is a bad idea, apparently some of the employees had mothers that drank/smoked rock when they were pregnant.

Waited almost 20 minutes from ordering to actually receiving the food. Some female employee dropping the F bomb and all other curse words, when asked who it was the guy at the window claimed he didn’t know. I understand it is 10:30-11pm at night but still there are customers around. Be respectful and courteous. We are customers and you talking like that will make us not want to come back. If it wasn’t for us customers yall wouldn’t have a paycheck from Wendy’s. If you don’t like your job then don’t go to work. Simple. Food came out super fast before I even paid actually. It was even super hot & we came around 330 when school was out so I was very pleased since this is usually a dead time and the food is usually not as fresh but they an amazing job with service. Super happy to have the inside opened considering the one on e Franklin opens the inside whenever they please. Honestly skip that one and come here. Stop through got me a double,got my Maggie a small hamburger,and a large fry .man I tell you what, it was delicious, the burgers taste fresh and good and juicy. The french fries will was real nice and crispy and hot just the way I like to get them. Maggie love her hamburger she cobbled hers up before I did, Wendy's is one of her favorite places to eat with me. I'd say Wendy is a great place to eat. Your staff is always fussing and cursing, they have be in the parking lot wanting to fight their other coworkers,,Not thinking that people sees that . And not just out side but they are even making it hard for the good workers to work on a place like that , now this is your staff that works for you guys, but your manager never say anything and they continue to work there. It is as if they are afraid of their own staff. Then the management is awful they done stand up to their staff and the staff even disrespects them as well . It's too much going on in there with nothing being said. Y'all need to address this And fast, before something really happens bad. Poor management. Y'all need to start over and not hire family and friends this place needs a new manager as well. Even if you are short work with what you have that are good staff before you loss them, because of the ones that don't care. They need to be trained better , staff and managers. The kid working at the cash register was touching all of the dirty cash without gloves on then went straight back & without washing hands to touching everyone's food. It was nasty to see. I asked to speak to a manager and was told they didn't currently have a manager on duty. " I feel like this was a false statement due to the fact I used to work at this Wendy's & the store wasn't able to open unless a shift leader or part of the management team was there" This surely hasn't changed due to someone to make sure things like this didn't happen. I'd hope they wouldn't allow kids without any type of training to be alone to run this location or any store. This is a great way to spread bacteria around and have a healthy lawsuit put against them. I wasn't even able to receive a refund for the food that wasn't touched by me as well. Close the store if not addressed promptly or it'll end up giving someone food poisoning and killing them over trying to run a store in this manner. The young lady was very friendly and very nice. She made us feel welcomed. Usually there’s someone there not too friendly, but the you lady was nice even came out to lobby to clean and asked if everything was okay! We said its good. She made small talk which was very nice. I told my wife we need her name so we can ask for her if she’s working so we can visit n eat there. I believe she said her name was Destiny! Wendy’s need more young people like her!!! Smh this is the second time they got my order wrong. I’m never going to this one again the Wendys on Union is way better.
