There’s a girl working the drive through that I’m fairly certain is adding tips. When I go to order online, it’s one price. Anyone else working the window, it’s that price. When it’s her… 15% or 20% more. You order. She doesn’t tell you the price. You go to the window and she tells you the price and doesn’t give you a receipt. I’ve had it happen twice on the exact same order, both times with her. It’s Wendy’s. It’s a drive through. If you want tips, develop a system that allows people to tip. Pulling through the drive through the girl was rude and didnt ask the questions needed to get the correct order. I pull up to the window and they dont even know what order i am so i say and they read it back to me wrong i correct it and they go back to fix and then hand me the bag with a smile 10 seconds later. Me thinking they did get it right i pull away only to find they got the whole order wrong and just didnt care. Bacon was as hard as a rock. I come here very often, I prefer it rather than the one near my house. But lately I can't help but notice the attitude of the girl running the drive thru window. Speaking in a monotone voice over the speaker, a general uncaring for her job that she clearly doesn't want to be at. She wears long nails and a couple of my visits had her drinking from a soda cup right at the window with no lid or straw. I have worked food service for years and that is a plain health violation. I may have to stop coming it upsets me. Always love when the food is fresh, but tonight it was a completely different burger than what I always order. Great location, quick and friendly service, nice dining area with lots of windows to enjoy some nuggets or a Dave's Single burger. The wifey and I visit fairly often as it's super convenient to our neighborhood. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Chaos..nine minutes before some young lady with an attitude, nails that I don't think should be allowed by the Dept of Health to have while you're working with food took my order. Didn't even welcome me in, didn't say thank you and placed my cup upside down on the dirty counter. Not the best place to stop after a 14 hr shift. I love Wendy's, but please educate your personnel that paying customers is what keeps them employed; it's what I tell my 68 employees. Hope this gets the attention of the franchise owner. There’s not many food places I’ll go and write a bad review for but this place definitely deserves it. Half of the workers aren’t working, the order took forever, and by the time I got it the food wasn’t even warm anymore. If I were manager I’d fire every last worker working tonight, and start fresh because I know I will not be stopping by here again.

This Wendy’s has gotten my drive through order wrong several times now. They never verify that they got my order correct, and a few times I haven’t even noticed it was wrong until I was already too far to come back. Wendy’s, you need to do better. The place was not busy. There was 1 car in front of and 1 car behind me in the drive through and they got the food out quick, but forgot a sandwich. Then my wife went inside and waited for 10 minutes after asking for help. Then the person that did help argued with my wife saying that we did have all the food and demanding a receipt that they never gave us in the drive through. She finally went back and got a cold sandwich and handed it to her. She tried to apologize, but it was not enough after being so combative. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

AVOID THIS WENDYS. I don't know what changed but the current employees don't even make orders correctly. I ordered a lettuce wrap burger which is supposed to come in a plastic tray with a fork and knife. They gave me the burger wrapped in paper with no utensils.
