The cashier had a very good attitude and great customer service skills. The $5 deal is an excellent value! The inside was very clean and well maintained. The parking lot was clean and very easy to navigate. Overall an absolutely great experience, I would definitely go back to this location if I am in the area again. I've given this restaurant multiple chances to get their act together. I guess the almighty dollar is all they care about. The last time I ordered there online, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich PLAIN. No honey mustard, no tomatoes and no lettuce. I received an EMPTY BUN. $5 dollars for an empty bun? Tonight I tried again. I ordered a grilled chicken with regular mustard and ketchup. Chili Cheese Baked Potato. The sandwich had HONEY MUSTARD, LETTUCE, KETCHUP and 2 grilled chicken breasts. The potato was half cooked with NO CHILI and barely any cheese. I called the manager and she was too busy evidently to even talk to me on the phone. She absolutely had NO CLUE what to do. Stood waiting for ever. Multiple employees looked at us but no one ever came over to take our order. There was no one inside and only a car or two in drive thru so I don't know why it took them so long to just simply take our order. When we finally got our food the toppings were freezing cold like they took them straight from the freezer. Also the meat was extremely cold almost like they didn't fully heat their "not frozen " patties . Fries were blah and couldn't even get a frosty because their machine was broke. Long wait and they didn't have baked potatoes ready but still featured on the menu? Cashier texting at window 2 and told 40 minutes if we wanted baked potatoes. Manager wiping her face with gloved hands...won't be back after their closing and "reopening" same vibes as before it got shut down

We placed an order to our Thomasville, NC location. Thought we would give another chance. First off if someone orders a burger with no condiments please don't put condiments on the item cause they could be allergic! Second your ketchup is spoiled which ruined the rest of the order as well. I'll never go to this location again! That was the last chance! 60 dollars in the trash! Picked up food, and the order was wrong. They wouldn’t even replace our order after a 20 minute drive home and another 20 min drive back. Wanted us to eat cold food. Called and the manager wouldn’t give his name or district manager name or number to call. Instead they hung up and wouldn’t answer the phone anymore. Honestly, I finally gave this store another chance and I REGRET IT SO MUCH. Y'all need to hire more qualified help that has better customer service. I can through the drive thru and they literally get my order wrong every single time I'm there. I brought my 4 for 4s meals back as nice as could be and let them know they added cheese to a burger that was told no cheese and left off the ketchup on the other burger and the last at the window literally hands me a plain patty but not the rest of my food and I kept apologizing for being an inconvenience and one lady kept looking at me with attitude. The customer service at this place has gone down hill and of y'all dont intervene then you won't have enough business to keep open. Probably our last time coming to Wendy's in Thomasville.
