That's a nice idea to order perfectly cooked hamburgers, chili and spicy chicken sandwiches. Good lemonade is the right choice. Clients don't highly appreciate flija at this fast food. Food delivery is a big benefit of Wendy's. Many people mark that the staff is accommodating here. According to the visitors, the main disadvantage of this place is the nice service. From the guests' point of view, prices are average. The atmosphere is enjoyable, as clients find it. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

I wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. Waited 15 minutes in Drive through before getting to the window. I ordered the $5 Biggie bag with a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. I haven’t had Wendy’s in years and that is my favorite burger. The burger was cold, the bun looked like it was microwaved, the tomato was frozen, the cheese was cold and in pieces and the lettuce was old and soggy. I was in a hurry to pick up my kids from school so I couldn’t go inside, but this place needs a change of management or something. Do not come here!!!!!

Missing several items. Mobile order took a long time even though is was only 5 $5 bags and was ordered ahead. Waited 45 minutes through drive thru because lobby was closed. Fries tasted like cardboard. Burgers cold. Employees abstained from any form of interaction. Just horrible food, service, etc. Quality and quantity were off here. Plus their phone is disconnected so I can’t even call to ask for a refund or for it to be re-made. Sauces were wrong. One drink only partially filled. Missing one order of nuggets and another of fries. I waited 45 minutes to only get a partially filled, incorrect order and zero courtesy. I did NOT get anything because apparently the app deals for breakfast rolled over to the lunch deals while I was on my way there, well before it was even lunchtime(10 am). They were not even starting lunch yet and refused to accommodate whatsoever at the register. Glad the app for the McDonald's nextdoor works properly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Girl at the window was super rude, I asked what my total was she said 5 dollars and took my card I told her there was no way because I had ordered food for an entire family and so she turned around and shut the window still taking my card she opens the window I asked what the total was AGAIN she still did not tell me and continued to charge my card without telling me the total and handed it back and gave me the receipt. When I asked for a drink carrier the girl gets loud with me and says “FOR ONE DRINK?!” (I had ordered 4) so I told her yes because I ordered 4 meals and another girl behind her asks what’s wrong I told her what I ordered and said I am supposed to get 4 drinks she says yes so the original girl steps in front of her and says THANK YOU rude and loud and slams the window, after they had me pull up and wait they gave me the food I stayed parked to check it and the SAME rude girl proceeds to come back outside and yells at my car “DO YOU NEED TO COME IN??” But my window was up so I ignored her and she went back in. They gave us 3 wrong drinks and our food was horrible and cold. I tried to call so I could come back to get the correct drinks but no one will answer, this Wendy’s needs to learn some customer service. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

1-11-24 3:35 pm - 4:00pm I waited a little over 20 minutes for a biggie bag in the drive through because nobody would come to the window to refund me. I should have left after the inside was closed for the 100th time I've tried to walk in. The guy Jacob was so slow bagging my order that I think he was high on something. They were just walking back and forth or standing there not helping the kitchen staff while I was waiting for my food. I finished my entire drink and frosty 5 minutes before my food even came out because they overfilled my drink with ice and my frosty was melting. All of that just for them to tell me I can't have a few extra ketchup packets or even buy any after I pointed out they just had me waiting 20 minutes without even telling me it would be a bit before I got my order. Horrible service. I love wendy's and pass this one all the time but this was my final straw for this terrible location. Two people behind me left while I was waiting wishing somebody would come to the window so I could ask for a refund. I mean it really makes you wonder how much food they cook back there and then eat or throw away. I wonder if this location is even profitable with how many times I've had similar experiences here. Do not eat here. Good was nasty and we waited nearly 30 min to get our food. They gave our order to the next customer after they asked us to pull up to the door. We pulled to the second door then parked. My husband had to go to them and ask about our order. They made our order fresh the second time around because we refused to eat anything sitting out already. Overall 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND‼️ Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

The worst place ever. I have to wait 10 min at the speaker to placed my order and then wait in line another 18 min in line when finally got at the window I have to wait another 5 min to be able to pay but apparently they don’t have cash to break $100 bill when my order was $27 just cause they think they don’t have enough change They don’t even check the drawers to see if they have change . At the end I waste my time my gas to receive a poor customer service

I just visited the lake worth location and it was a terrible experience. The girl taking my order seemed as if she'd rather be anywhere but at work. No ice in the machine, all flavors of drinks were flat. I just threw my cup in the trash and went without a drink.. I get home and my wifes chicken sandwich was still clucking.. literally pink thorough out. That went in the trash and now I've got a hungry wife. Terrible experience.. get it together Wendys. I picked up an order of 2 large chilis. The employee had an attitude when I asked if they were out of onions when I noticed they were missing from my order. Also there is no meat in the chili and it is not even hot enough to melt the cheese. I noticed the problem after I left and didn't have time to go back to get it corrected. So my money was wasted. This is not the first time I have had problems with this location. Last time I was charged for cheese and didn't get it. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
