I have to say this was not my normal experience at Wendy's. I pulled up to the drive through and the individual didn't speak, just said "What's your order?" I was only ordering for myself but had to repeat the order twice because it seemed they were multitasking. The fries and nuggets weren't as fresh as I'm used to, but I will say the lady at the window was friendly. I’ve been here a few times and 2 or 3 times in a row they’ve messed up my order. Not just small mistakes, but leaving off whole $10 items. To add insult to injury, I wasn’t given a receipt, so I had no proof of such mistake. Thoroughly disappointed. Thank you, Wendy’s.
