They need to fire and rehire a new staff. They always get your food wrong or they don’t have any food. This place is slower than Whataburger and that’s pretty slow. I don’t understand because they’re not busy. This location serves five or six cars at a time and never is the lobby busy. I’m very confused on who the management is. The manager named Patrick acts like he’s the employee and he’s always confused about things and the employees run him. This establishment is always forever parking cars at night. A few months ago I came through and ordered a double stack and a kids meal and I was told there were no fries that it would take about 15 minutes so I said I would wait. There was one car ahead of me and it took about five minutes and I pulled up and they had my food ready. So kind of a bit confusing huh? There is one particular person that I don’t want to deal with when I come there and that is because she is very rude. Never has a smile on her face. She needs to find herself a new job. If she doesn’t like where she works she’s always bossy to everyone else and not even a manager. She is a short female with glasses and dark hair. Oh, let’s not let me forget about the times that the employees were arguing at another time where the employee was arguing with the manager. This place is just a hot mess. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a regular bun instead of a premium bun, and no tomatoes. I got a piece of chicken with tomatoes, covered in lettuce. Obviously they don’t know how to read or they just simply lack common sense. I also ordered a bacon double stack and received no bacon on my burger. Drive thru had every one parking and waiting for food. Everyone around me received food, including the newer people that parked by me. I waited 30 minutes and asked the girl that brought someone elses food out where my food was. She replied, "Umm ma'am, I don't know you!*. I went inside, and my food was sitting cold in a bag on the counter. Had been sitting there the entire time. They were nice enough to make the order hot and apologized. I will not go back . Waited patiently about 20 minutes for a burger And fries. Somehow even though I was really cool about it and was polite and didn't even mention it, the girl at the counter was impatient with me!! I still said nothing and just left with my food. What world do yall live in where you not only are slow but the worst manners. I wish I could say better things but I can't ,,Ordered online got the food delivered fast but the order was wrong ( to me) but apparently it was correct, after calling 8 times and being hung up on they finally answered and they stated that tiny burger they call a "double stack biggie" is correct you would think with that title it would be an adult size burger,, nope,, size of a child's meal. well will not waste my money here that was a rip off.. also not the first they got this wrong.. go elsewhere please there is a reason why they're 3.4 stars (should be less.) The restaurant was empty except for one couple when I entered with my family. The drive thru was not empty but was not busy for a Friday night. I placed my order at a kiosk as i was not greeted by a front cashier. While I was waiting, a few other customers entered and approached the front counter where they were greeted and had their orders taken. They received their orders rather quickly. After checking the time, I had been waiting for 25 minutes. I approached the counter and asked the cashier for our drinks that we had still not received. I asked what was taking so long, the cashier replied that they were still waiting on my burger to cook. After waiting a few more minutes and still not receiving our food, we asked for the manager. Our food came out just as the manager approached the counter. Everything looked right, except the two dipping sauces I had on my order were not there. The manager offered no apology whatsoever for the wait, and her only explanation was "we're short staffed". Well, why did the other customers after us already receive their food?! She did nothing to try to correct the situation. You could tell by the look on her face that she really just wanted us to leave her alone. When I asked her for the sauce, that they had failed to include, she ignored me, turned around and walked away. I then had to ask another employee to get the sauce for me. I don't make reviews for 1 . This is not the first time and that's why this review is being made. 2. I repeated this 3 times no pickles or mustard add mayo... "Sir it doesn't come with mayo" .. now i have a double stack with no ketchup no mayo BUT PICKLES AND MUSTARD!!! 3. WRONG sauce after repeating this 3 times as well. And 4. the employee gave me a small frosty, when i payed for a medium. then when i asked her about if it was a medium .. she nodded her head at me saying “ yeah ” under her breath, rolling her eyes at me.. however i went in there a couple times and got a medium that’s how i know the difference and they didn’t give us any sauce and no napkins. so i won’t be back there, not one customer was inside nor in the parking lot.. it wasn’t busy enough for the service to be that terrible..The meat was so overdone. and she was extremely disrespectful.
