Waited here more than 20 minutes before someone came up to me and ask me if I needed to order anything. I came for an Uber so the order should have already been ready. What’s the point in ordering from an app if I still have to wait. The manager was no where to be found and the other two individuals which was a girl and a guy acted like I was a ghost. I did take out. The food was hot and fresh. I did ask for no ketchup on my burger and unfortunately still got it so didn't enjoy my burger as much. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a new chicken wrap on the menu which is a nice option if you don't want to go too "heavy" lol,and I still got my fries! Friendly and FAST service as well! One thing I would highly suggest is to make the wrap with a thicker tortilla because it was already falling apart in my hands as I tried to eat it😩

I asked for a double baconator combo. I expressed to the cashier that I was willing to wait on fresh hamburger patties and fries. She explained that she was the cook and that they were fresh. I told her that I didn't want those and I was still willing to wait for some that were fresh. Because I like mime with the juice oil still in them and juicy. Unfortunately, Wendy's hamburgers dry out very fast. And they become hard and dry as the desert in your throat. The burger I received was semi- hot but dry anyway. I refused to go back. Because they may spit in my food or something. I only wish that they would listen to thier customers request, especially if we are willing to wait. This Wendy's used to be so good but no the service sucks, whatever girl was working the window told me there was a limit on sauce because they were waiting on the next shipment and there was two in my bag so I drove off got home and had no sauce. If I had known that I wouldn't have got anything because it's nothing without my sauce I am so mad mcdonalds does the same thing making u pay extra for it I'm done buying fast food Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped by to grab some breakfast. I ordered the $ 1.99 Bacon Croissant sandwich with potatoes wedges. Those potatoe wedges are good! They need to be fresh though other wise disappointment.

I just drove thru and ordered 2 large baconator meals. I didn't check my order at the window cuz it's never wrong. But this time it was. When I got home it was 2 Jr burgers with old crusty fries. It is sad whe you order a Frosty & Fries at the drive thru & you drive off to find only a few of your fries are actually hot- this happens more often than not & Im not ordering no salt fries to get hot fries I want hot & salty Wendys fries!!! I don’t do fast food often & cold fries is the main reason I eat at home more but I hate cooking & like giving myself a break but I don’t want to pay for cold food unless Im ordering cold stuff.
