My Dave's Single was not fresh, and my Chili barely had any beef in it, and it seems the container shrank a hair. Yikes. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We have been to this Wendy’s many of times and usually they are great but tonight we had a super rude worker with pink hair, she gave us so much attitude. I work in the food industry as well and I have never talked to a customer the way she did and I’ve had to deal with some rude people and never was I rude to them. And we weren’t even rude to her we were super polite and patient and we didn’t show up right before they were going to close so there was no reason for her to treat us the way she did. We will be coming back but hopefully she isn’t here next time Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I’ve come here they always get something wrong, the girl with the pink hair is unnecessarily rude. I don’t eat fast food I was getting it for someone and I didn’t understand the menu and was being pretty clear with what I wanted but the manager had to of course chime in tell me what I can and can’t get, forgot the only thing I actually wanted “lemonade” overall Id avoid this place unless you want to wait till you get home to find out your simple order is wrong, bunch of clowns here Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drive thru person seemed to be in a rather crabby mood. Burgers were mediocre. Not sure why the very depressing chicken apple/pecan salad had bacon on it instead of blue cheese crumbles? Just ordered chili cheese fries and these idiots really sent me a tray of fries with no chili or cheese on em. Then when I call up there the lady's arguing with me saying I asked for no chili, no cheese but I still paid for it anyways. Then she had the nerve to hang up on me when I asked for the corporate number. I can't stand fast food employees man. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Picked up lunch here yesterday and went back to work to eat at my desk. Get halfway through my soggy fries to find a screw in the container. Tried multiple times to call and speak with a manager, but their phone was busy the entire afternoon. I even called the next closest location to confirm the number, and they also were unable to reach the store. After work, I drove out of my way to stop by and talk to a manager in person. She claimed to call the GM but was unable to reach her. They asked me to wait indefinitely while they wait for a call back from the GM. Sure, they offered a refund and some free food, but I explained that I no longer trust the food there and the refund was no longer sufficient considering I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to go there in person since they were having phone issues. Thing was, the manager didn't come back out. Instead, she sent the biggest guy working there to try to intimidate me into going to go sit in a corner for an undisclosed amount of time while we waited for the call. Not only that, when they offered to let me leave and contact me later, they wouldn't give the bag and screw back so I could retain the evidence for later. Finally, I left them my contact info and was told they'd call me back as soon as they hear from the GM. Needless to say, I never heard back from them.
