People may eat nicely cooked spicy chicken, bacon and causa at this fast food. Guests don't like tea at Wendy's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. When inside, the atmosphere is lovely. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Major challenges at this location are the age of the facilities. Everything seems a little rundown. Customer service was excellent. My food was good. The men's restroom had a busted drain. I had an outstanding experience at Wendy's! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was not only delicious but also served quickly and hot. I particularly loved their fresh, never-frozen beef patties, which added a fantastic flavor to my burger. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the Frosty was the ideal sweet treat to end the meal. Wendy's commitment to quality and taste makes it a top-notch fast-food choice. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty meals! We visited thru the drive thru on 12/26/2021 around 10:45 pm. No receipt was given but we got the wrong food. We called back no one would answer the phone. Called back next day thru out the day and could not get anyone to answer the phone. My daughter was finally able to get ahold of them today 12/28/2021 and they refuse to replace our meals. Incredibly rude to my daughter even though we have time stamped pictures on our phone. Plus I remembered the total of the food!!!! Still rude! Will not use this establishment ever again. I was given this burger instead of the baconator. I am allergic to onions. My daughter was given spicy nuggets mixed in with regular and was unable to eat the spicy

The food is actually quite good and fresh. The drinks are pretty big also. The burgers could be a little bit hotter and the price could be lower but not a bad quick option.

Nice BEAUTIFUL site. One huge mound at the base it takes up 3 acres. One other one witch is pretty big also.several other small mounds .best mounds I have seen.next to the Serpent mound in southern Ohio.

Apparently making them large combos without your consent is a thing. Hence the review by Aisha. My boyfriend and I went in today, I’m gluten free so I asked for a lettuced wrapped burger the boy immediately cuts me off and says “I don’t think we do that” I told him yes you do , I get it all the time. Goes over to his coworker who rolls her eyes and tells him we do and puts it in. He upgraded my boyfriends combo to a large and for my burger (I didn’t even want a combo) upgraded it to a large! Super rude girl gives me the saddest lettuce wrapped I’ve ever seen. I ask if I could get more lettuce and she says “that’s two pieces of lettuce” not when I’m saving u money for not getting bread. I just thought it was so dumb to not give me more lettuce. When I tell you the lettuce put on my double patty was not even one whole leaf put together. After that I asked for a refund and girl stares me dead in the eyes and takes the food away. So warning don’t go here unless u wanna be scammed for stuff u didn’t even order and u won’t get a sorry from the manager either . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pulling up to the drive thru, I immediately felt rushed to order. I didn't get a receipt. I asked for 2 combos and when getting the drinks I realized I was charged for large combos but didn't ask for large. The fries for the large that I didn't ask for fit into the container for my son's kids meal. Both the lemonade and the dr. Pepper tasted like flavored water. The chili for my taco salad was flavorless and watery. The tortilla chips expired on Aug 4 when I ordered on Aug 18. My son's nuggets tasted like biting into old oil. Everything about this visit from the moment we pulled up was absolutely horrible. A COMPLETE WASTE of money. I was told never to eat here and now I know why. We won't ever go back. We arrived at Wendys about 7:30 on a Sunday night. We weren't sure if they were open because there were no cars in the parking lot. The lights were on so we went inside. We waited a couple of minutes as there was no one at the register to take our order. Finally a young man broke away from the food prep area to take our order. After we ordered it took about five minutes to get the order ready. He asked if we wanted to wait for a fresh batch of fries to be ready. I said yes so that took a couple of extra minutes in all fairness. The order came out correct and was all hot and fresh. We enjoyed the food. The interior of the building was a little run down and dated but was still clean looking. Overall still a good experience. Do not stop at this location. Just keep driving. Food quality is always bad. service is always slow. I didn't stop here for over a year. I gave them another chance and learned my lesson for good. Didn't have the food I ordered mobile and then couldn't figure out how to do a refund. 20-30 minutes of my life I will never get back. 10-16-22 This is either THEFT or FRAUD, you cannot charge customers without their knowledge or consent for a product.I ordered a #1 dave single no pickles or onions for my son and got a triple burger with everything on it (He threw it in the trash). I was also charged for a Medium upgrade and a $1 for some coupon i never asked for or received without my permission. Food isn't as "well made" (slapped together) and as fresh as it used to be. My orders have been consistently wrong for a couple years now and I've been going here for over 13 years
