We were visiting Fielding and had great service from Tyler. He was very helpful and explained what the BBQ load combo, also advised what drinks were towards getting different combos and showed the cups sizes. Very good staff member 👍 👏 👌 and also friendly which also helps😀🥰 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was the 1st time having wendys after 12 years and we were not disappointed. The service was awesome, the food was amazing and delicious, the restaurant was clean and tidy. Holy Moley that was the longest fast food i have ever ordered/ had. I stuck to it! I waited over 20mins and got my super average burger and a yummy mint shake. We dont have a Wendy's where we live so I was determined! but that definitely wasn't acceptable how long it took to just take my order let alone make the food... and they forgot chips and shakes but quickly fixed once i went back. Think it was a staffing issue. Probably shouldn't have opened the store if you can't even serve a few ppl... it definitely was not busy. Poor staff who actually showed up. I was kind tho. It was a warm to hot afternoon. I drove my friend who is putting up new wall paper for certain area in my house for rent to the public. I told my friends Let's try Wendy today for lunch. I use the drive through.... it was nice and sweet but The food was basic . We ordered a Fish Burger and a new Fried chicken strips. We were not impressed by the very small fish burger. My new Chicken strips were supposed to be spicy but it were plain chicken strips devoid of spicy seasoning ... so disappointing. The 2 frosty frozen drinks were better bets. Please hire more staff, the amazing checkout Las was doing 4 people's jobs. And she did amazing, serving, checkout, delivering the eat in orders and then popped out to the delivery truck. Wendy's hire more staff. And give her a payrise and a bloody bonus. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Normally I go there buy food, no issues but this time!!! It's not even about the service or food, its the stupid kerb going around the little bend in the drive through, it's gotta go😡🤬 I wonder how many other ppl it's caught?? I dunno but it's serves no purpose being there other than catching ppl out and damaging their rims/mag wheels(yes i was driving slowly and with caution) like i would intentionally cause damage to some 20s! its now gunna cost me $160 no doubt to fix the damage, wont be going there again and its a shame, cause the foods not too bad..

Best franchised burger-place in town. Best quality meat so far with a great vibe from the dining area. Cleaner than competitors. However, they're really slow on delivery pick-ups compared to other fast-food restaurants. McDonald's has improved, and now Wendy's is officially the slowest place for Uber Eats pickup 👏👏 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Highlight was the massive drinks. Besides that poor service where they hand you a bag without saying anything, burgers are cold when you open them and massively overpriced compared to other places.
