Contacted the store directly after receiving an online delivery order. I was a few bites in when I realized that the chicken salad I ordered, had no chicken salad. After explaining my situation to a manager named Andre’, he basically called me a liar by telling me he made my salad personally. Please, avoid online ordering at this location. Go to the Lansdowne Ave location for accurate orders and better customer service!!

Ok so I was charged 2.19 for a large cup of ice since when do they charge for ice. I need answers no other Wawa charges nothing for ice what makes this location any different I had to ask for a cup they wasn’t available in the cup dispenser. And I asked the lady may I have a cup for ice she said 2.19 I have to charge you for the cup of ice like what seriously I was so mad I passed other wawas I know I could have gotten an XL cup of ice from but stopped here because it was near the location I was going for the night. So again I need answers Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered Cheesesteak, two to be exact, I got the order by ubereats. Tasteless, soggy bread and yet it was toasted. It is something else when I spent $51.73 on food, and its horrible. I won't do it again. Then I ordered a 2 liter coke and got one 20 Oz diet coke. I can't recommend nothing and I can say nothing about any topic other that this one. Parking is always an issue. This place is always slammed it feels like. Staff are nice though. Never had an issue with service. The worst part about this wawa is the people who shop there lol.

I’ve ordered from this store via Uber Eats several times, and now I’m completely frustrated with this store location!!! Apparently they don’t pay attention to details!!! My most recent order was supposed to include a large blueberry pomegranate mango smoothie, a large mint cookies & cream milkshake, 1 quart orange juice, 1 Canada Dry ginger ale, and a cheddar bacon ranch quesadilla. The quesadilla was sloppily made, I didn’t get the smoothie or milkshake, and they sent the wrong drinks. PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS!!!!

Made an early stop at Wawa on 69th Street around early morning for a much-needed cup of coffee before work. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't as hot as I prefer, leading me to discard it. A bit disappointed with the morning brew experience. Hoping for a warmer cup next time. ☕️ Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Depending on the mood and who's working this location the experience can be super pleasant or super awful. With one look behind the counter I know if I'm eating a hogie or not. The few people that care for this location I believe are stretched thin.

The staff at this Wawa is HORRIBLE. Cashier Kashmya (could be spelled wrong”. And the supervisor (short dark skin female) were both extremely nasty. I approached both staff members and politely asked for a hash brown. In the morning. Before work. Both had their faces turned up as though I asked for a million dollars. As a Wawa customer since high school (over 15 years), I’m disappointed. I’ll be sure to stop at a different location moving forward
