Picked up a chicken noodle soup at 4am after an 12hour shift. Got home and there was literally 6 little pieces of noodles and all soup. Service Take out
Staff is always very rude. Ask for light butter on my toast. Met with huge attitude and racial Discrimination, the bag that the toast was in was soaking through with butter nasty.
Seems to always have what I want. Food is pretty good and workers are fast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m in here like every day for refills. The men and women that work at this wawa are not only some of the hardest working people I’ve come across, they are ALL nice. From the morning crew to the late night folks doing restock. I usually interact with the women either behind the register or the food counter and they treat you like you’re eating at their house or they’re looking out for you. I moved back to delco after 15 years in the city and well, it’s good to be back at a local wawa that takes pride in being an example to the county and city. The store is always clean, orders are always quick, food and drink always stocked. I’ve never reviewed a wawa before in my life but these folks actually make going to wawa an enjoyable experience where you feel you matter.

Your cashier Robert at the Media Pa store (1260 Providence rd) is so friendly and pleasant and really seems to enjoy his job....and I enjoy our brief interactions. Keep up the great work!
I love Wawa. This company is committed to stellar customer service, quality, and variety of products. The majority of the newer, larger stores sell gasoline and anytime you need air it’s FREE. Their restrooms are meticulously maintained and fully stocked. Thank you, Wawa! I’m from Delaware County which is where Wawa’s roots originated and I will always be a fan of this organization. 👍

I just bought a large steak sandwich w/ extra beef. What I got was a few crumbs of beef. It has so little that I could still see the roll. They did a great job w/ the ton of veggies, except I stated to be on the side. I BASICALLY GOT A EMPTY ROLL FAR AS A STEAK SANDWICH ! ! ! I got it from the Wawa next to Media @ Pa Rt. 252 & US 1 bypass highway.
I accidentally left my credit card at one of the fuel pumps. I did not notice that that card was missing for several days. I called the store. Someone had turned in the card and they had locked it away for safe keeping. Great customer service.
Wawa is always my favorite destination for many different reasons! Their gas price is reasonable and number of pumps are pretty good in most of their locations. In addition to the gas ⛽️ they have a unique thing to offer which is absolutely free! Guess what? Yes, they have free air inflator with digital meters. You hook up with the nozzle, set your desire air pressure and that’s it! I love this!! Unlike any other gas stations you don’t have to worry about quarters and those old time meters! And inside wawa store they have the best public restroom! Always clean! Wawa sandwiches, coffee or any other food is always delicious and fresh! Wawa is not just a gas station, it’s part of daily life!!

I purchased 2 sizzlis on 11/5/19 around 8:40am. One of the sandwiches I purchased was an egg, sausage and cheese muffin. As shown in the photos, the top bun was smaller than usual. It appeared to have 3 bite marks or was pealed off. Confused, I turned the sandwich around only to find nearly a 3rd of the bottom bun broken/bitten off. Let's just say more things came out my mouth that morning than went in. Unfortunately, I only discovered the sandwich in this condition after I drove off to work. It was too late to turn back. I was pretty upset and did not feel comfortable eating it. I couldn't return until around 1pm. I was directed to the manager who was tried to convince me this was "normal" and happens when they make the sandwiches. She claimed the muffin "tears" when they split the sandwiches. While explained that I understand muffins cannot be split perfectly in half, what I received was not normal as much of the muffin was broken/bitten off. Even if it wasn't bitten off, I shouldn't have to question whether or not it was. I made it clear that I have been purchasing sizzlis for years and have never had this experience. I had to show her the sandwich again just in case she missed it. 1/3rd of the muffin was gone. It wasn't normal. She asked what I would like her to do. I then asked for a replacement if possible. She mumbled something under her breath as she passed me, something to the effect of "i can't believe this". Then went to the back to bring out a muffin and noted that "it's going to end up torn in the same way" and repeated that phrase or something similar a couple times before actually tearing the sandwich as if she wanted it to be torn unevenly as pictured. It felt very condescending - it was like a scene out of a reality TV show. Truely, bizarre. The muffin she split turned out to be perfectly fine. She disappeared in the back without saying a word. I had to only assume she made the sandwich. She was very dismissive and did not bare me any attention. Fortunately, my patience paid off without me having to interrupt the manager again. Within 5 or so minutes, one of the employees in the back preparing food gave me the sandwich and I was on my way. Based on prior experiences at other Wawa locations, I expected a smooth correction to the issue I encountered. Instead, I was met with a manager who I felt was unnecessarily rude and devalued my experience as a frequent customer. Hopefully, both this sandwich and the experience with a Wawa manager was a one time issue. Though, next time, I'd rather deal with the partially eaten sandwich than with the manager with a less than impartial attitude.
