Wanida Thai is our favorite Bellingham Thai restaurant. Their food has fantastic flavor, depth, and is colorful. If you like a hot spice level, be sure to order a 5 though. We ordered a 4 and while I was happy to have spice with flavor balance, my dining partner added extra heat from their spice rack. This restaurant has a nice neighborhood vibe, is on the smaller side, so it has a comfy intimate setting, and has nice decor. The service was good and the food was delivered rather quickly. My dining partner ordered the calamari appetizer here for the first time tonight and said it was tender, not overly oily, and was expertly prepared. Our yellow curry and massaman curry had great mouth feel and taste! On our way out, the table next to us stopped us to discuss what we had and a nice conversation started. 06/24/23: What could I say about this delicious Thai dining place? The food was great and tasty. I personally love Green Curry with chicken. I wanted to try the bread dipped inside the curry broth, but they did not have pieces of bread. The owner and staff were super friendly, attentive, and hospitable to all customers. I come here whenever I cross the border. I like the regular staff that I encounter on weekdays. However, today's staff were very passive and seemed more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. The food is always great! I always get Pad Thai and a curry and I am always content with it. I will continue to come back here. I am hoping the experience with the staff was a one-off thing. Overall, this place has delicious food that is worth coming back for. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Food is good. Service is good. I 3 stared because I had to drive back for the wings and egg roll sauce the sauce size for the portion is way to small for Spending almost $50. 2 egg rolls the sauce is gone. Got no sauce for the wings unless it's the soy sauce. The red pepper sauce spiced up the pad Thai pretty good. I would say the disappointment was the wings with the lack of flavor. Worth every star. I got frequent check ins, they accommodated and made my meal the perfect spice level, and the two entrees and appetizers we got we absolutely solid choices. Friendly staff, quick service, and good food. Chicken satay was my favorite of all 😋 It was yummy with peanut sauce. Lunch combo - Yellow curry, rice and Pad Thai. Yellow curry was delicious. Pad thai was average. Spicy noodles was good, just less noodles and more vegetables 😅. They were kind enough to give me a free appetizer for my birthday 🥳. Will come back to try other dishes if visiting Bellingham sometime again soon!

Had the Crying Tiger salad as an appetizer, they’re kinda like lettuce wraps and OMG it was the best I’ve ever had, the umami sweet and spicy and tangy dressing, the texture of the crushed peanuts with the flavor of the cilantro was PERFECTION. Delicious thai food in an unsuspecting area. The portions here are massive! I enjoyed the fried rice, which was seasoned perfectly. Pad see ew was on the heavier side, with a stronger seasoning.
