I work at this Walmart this is not an endorsement for the store but I make ribbon look beautiful. Honestly if you want a more personalized experience in nicer employees. And this is the store to go to and we're right off the turnpike El Dorado Kansas.
Walmart automotive #2 of 2, the WORST one so far! After calling on Friday to order a tire and being told it would be in on Monday by noon. Then calling at noon to be told it would then be arriving by 3PM, only to be told they don’t receive shipments for tires except on Wednesdays! Does ANYONE there know what is going on?! I will NEVER again trust anyone there or expect meaningful information because it is apparently staffed daily by employees just not caring or knowledgeable of their business! It would have been more meaningful and honest to just tell me you don’t care than to give customers any information at all!
Be very cautious about utilizing online order pickup service. I have received dying produce, canned dog food that was dented and had mold inside, products that were not what I ordered, entire orders missed, and items cancelled. Additionally, management is not very responsive to resolving issues and the information I have received regarding the processes is completely inconsistent and depends on who is giving me the information. The main phone often goes unanswered at night and any attempt to reach the store manager is a joke - they are clearly not invested in customer experience or satisfaction. It’s a shame

Went to buy a thing of prepackaged sliced real turkey across from all the fake stuff. In those big open refrigerated units. Only 2. 1 had all white'ish juices all inside & 2 different stickers on it 1 said packaged Oct 11 23 sell or freeze by Oct 11 23. Other sticker said sell by 11 24 23. It's mid of Jan '24. The other package didn't have any sticker showing anything. Took both with me to self check out. A male and a female were there. Asked her if she's a mngr. since see her @cust.serv desk. "Yup, what's up?" In a very disinterested I don't care kind of voice and look on her face. Showed her and told her. She said, "give em to me" in that same voice and nothing else. Wished I would've taken pics. It was the primary thing I went in for. Only after I told her that, she disingenuously says, "sorry about that." Riiiight. I would've paid $13+ for my kids and I to potentially get sick. Bad meat can cause major problems. Ppl could die. It's not her fault personally, but if and when you wear a title of manager, you need to be accountable and responsible. She was pathetic.The guy said that wouldn't have happened at Dillons. He was apologetic and very nice. I've heard Spark customers complain of receiving their groceries and getting outdated stuff, so I definitely try to look. I mean I always have, but definitely when I'm working Spark orders and trying to rush. I don't want to know how many times/ppl has this unknowingly happened to!? Walmart is always tryna make sure ppl aren't tryna steal, but who's making sure Walmart isn't stealing and tryna get ppl/kids sick!? Even if that's not your intent. Y'all need to get it together. Disgusting. Whether a customer or spark delivery driver; stop breathing down people's necks at self checkout & the door. Stop harassing people. This is getting ridiculous!!! You have hand held devices, overhead cameras, and all the technology and resources to do your due diligence. I am not the only one saying or feeling this way. Y'all need to stop acting like every person is a thief. You need to have more lanes open, period. If you don't have the manpower then y'all need to incentivise to obtain and retain help. You need to designate 1-2 lanes for Spark ONLY! Why is it that we spark drivers have to wait in line for regular customers to scan carts full in the ONLY Spark lane? We just spent so much time shopping, we have perishables, and time is ticking away on that, & time is ticking away for delivery. It will cause unnecessary problems and hassle for y'all and everyone if an order automatically cancels because that's what will happen if an order isn't delivered within a period of time. Spark customers pay a special fee for delivery or to have express orders so why are we waiting behind regular customers? Why does every single different Walmart employee get to look at my license multp times daily? I have a right to privacy. My home address, personal physical identifying info. Walmart has all of my info &did a thorough check on me to become spark! This is redundancy &wasting time on top of wait behind customers who can use ANY lane & self checkout but we spark have 1 lane that everyone gets to use too!? Do you not understand this is counterintuitive & counterproductive!? We work for tips. We have to wait for curbside orders. We are not hourly. Y'all treat us as if we are a hassle but we in fact are pretty much co-workers serving the same customers. I've been a customer at the cust serv desk mos ago B4 I was ever Spark. while helpn me, mult ppl talkin about this GM & how he pinpoints ppl out in different depts to harass and then moves on to sum1 else and so on. So is he or has he created a toxic work environment that employees pass along 2 customers? I've felt this long B4 even becoming Spark. Regular customers don't know we're Spark so it just looks bad. I've seen & heard employees talking loudly when sum1asked em quietly y Walmart green grapes aren't being covered by food stamps. Y talk so loud, ppl have dignity & pride & don't need that announced so every1 can hear and look at them. It's just rude.
First I called from a town 50 miles from home because my store does not have the item I needed to exchange. After calling to confirm I was turned away because they didn't carry this particular item. Only other similar items. I reluctantly purchase my other items sour already...but only self checkout s open...and price of grocery item rang up for more than actual price. I contact attendant. She informed me she couldn't change the price..20 cents. She says sorry 2 people working tonight. I asked if she could call some. Again no. I go and take the picture...so I can verify price..get out to lobby..soda machine takes money only 10 cents so I coin return. Nothing..dig around for More change but machine and sign don't match.

I travel a lot and visited a lot of Walmart. This one cleanest and And well organise store I ever see. However, the regular prices here are the same as in other stores, but the clearance prices are much more bigger than in other Walmart's have for exactly same stuff.

they didnt follow me around spyin on me clumsy as heck that day so it was a good day........buuuut it could be cuz they was closeing up shop in less then 10 mins so...who knows..alls i know is that day was a good day, no smog , and mami cook the breakfast with no hog.,.......
Went to get my watch fixed. Two workers at the jewelry counter was very helpful.

For the last couple months I’ve been getting old dairy like milk, jack cheese, burger buns bread with mold, bend it cans, rotten bag of yellow potatoes, old pineapple and watermelon on the bowl, sour turkey ham, sour orange juice, I’m glad this business is going down, not quality on anything, even a plug in fan after a few months I bough it doesn’t work. Shopping in Dillons for now one 100%.
