I can't count how many time I've been to this walmart, and the bathrooms stay dirty as well as they are falling apart or damaged. This walmart has gone downhill quickly. The cashier's is rude! It's just an overall not an enjoyable experience to shop here. I'm hoping that the corporate steps up their game and fixes it up. Otherwise, it will just end up like Kmart!
Busy as usual, but very well organized and nice remodeling. Very clean and the new refrigerator and freezer sections are more economically friendly for the company and fresher food for customers.
Overall the experience is decent. Large store and the employees are okay but they are nothing to brag about honestly. Most of them are rude and need an attitude adjustment but you usually always find what you need here (even if it is on your own). I wouldn't not recommend it that's for sure.
Last night I was shopping at the Gadsden store and was approached by 3 young men. Long story short they were wanting to know if I could help them out (financially) so they could get to Atlanta. The one young man that was doing all the talking stood in my space making me very uncomfortable. He was somewhat persistent asking if I was sure that I could not help them. I again explained that I had no money and I had nothing to spare. A young lady started walking down the aisle so they walked away. I was still in shock at the way he acted, the young lady turned around and asked if I was okay and I said yes and I guess she could she that I was not. I asked her if she worked there and she nodded. I told her they wanted money and she took care of it. Thank you Walmart security for keeping your eye out for those of us trying to shop safely.
The pharmacy department was very informative and the wait time for my prescription was minimal. I'm very happy with the pharmacy now, it has improved a lot.
I visited the store to buy snacks and bedding for my sons' rooms after some renovations. It was just a holdover until we got what they really wanted. The selection was very small. One aisle of bedding and not shelved well. I had to dig and move things around to find what I needed. It will do for now, but I will definitely have to find better quality made sets.

Visited for groceries. Everything I needed was in stock, and I was able to find everything quickly. I was not greeted, but I was bid farewell.

Needed pans for Thanksgiving dinner. The store was busy, but there were enough checkouts open to serve the amount of people shopping.
They've got all my tool, food, camping and survival items! Stock up on everything, biben is selling us out to china and Iran!!! Go get your survival items (sleeping bags, camping fuel, fire starters, emergency lights, batteries, food, hand warmers, knives, cooking pans, backpacks, tents, blankets, matches) just to name a few items you'll need in a survival event! biden is taking America in the wrong direction! Update Walmart refuses to remove vehicles (or call Gadsden police) parked in the handicap parking with no windshield permit or license plate!!! If you see this, don't bother telling a Walmart supervisor, instead call Walmart corporate headquarters or go online and contact them!!!!!
I have never been a fan of Walmart. They are a good place to find the George brand of pants that I use for work. They are inexpensive and hold up well. They also have the pickled egg potato salad, which is tasty, and the chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies, also tasty, that can't be found elsewhere. Otherwise, they have a basic amount of products in a bunch of categories, but generally not what I am looking for. So, I really don't go into a Walmart unless I have to.
Not the worst store I've been in, but the photo speaks for itself. Nothing is in its place.
I know Christmas gets hectic and Walmart is often understaffed, but I think someone needs to coach the person stocking this stuff. It's in the front end of the store and it leaves a big impression for the people who work here.
Again... Still not the worst I've seen, and I say this from the experience of being someone who's worked at Walmart before.
I feel sorry for the vendors who have to work this.
I was shopping in the electronics department for a TV. There was an associate who helped me decide between the two televisions I was trying to choose between.
It was a good shopping trip. I got what I wanted.
