Me and Co-worker order a cake from the bakery here my coworker picked up the cake after 8am. when my coworker got to work and we look at the cake this is what we got. The icing was melted all over the cake as if someone tried to make the cake this morning and put icing on a warm cake. We are doing a bridal/gender reveal for our coworker so this cake was suppose to be the bridal cake. Due to time we were not able to leave work to take it back up there so I decided to call. I ask to speak to a supervisor the person that got on the phone was a rude lady name Karen team lead of bakery who refuse to give her last initial because according to her ( in her angry voice) " I have never gave out my last initial to anyone in the store ever" (her words). The lady was just plain rude and instead of apologizing for the issue she said because it was whipped icing that you can not allowed to sit for a long time. I said ma'am we picked this up this morning after 8am she then said did you have the heat on. The fact she still was not willing to accept the responsibility because their no way the cake should look the way it did. She was extremely rude and unapologetic and only thing we were told was bring it back and they could redo it. By then it will have been too late update: My coworker was able to get in touch with the store manager and he was very nice. He actually did his job unlike Karen the team lead of bakery we were able to fix the situation.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. We requested a tres leches cake and it was absolutely beautiful. It was on time and the baker even communicated when there were any changes that had to be made. Very nice people, very good prices, cake was delicious and we will be going back.
