We had a great experience giving this a try for the first time. The seating areas are kinda small and I wouldn't bring a large party here. The seating is perfect, however, for just two people, and it's arranged nicely to make it not feel too crowded. We sat at the bar, and they had an excellent beer selection as well as a full bar setup. The food is amazing. The selection lives up to the name! The server at the bar area was on it and attentive. The traditional fried chicken was above standard, and the sides were really delicious and didn't have that fast food vibe you get in the little Styrofoam cups. 10 out of 10 recommend. The food and service go hand in hand. If one fails they both fail. That's clearly not the case here. Our waitress "B" was excellent! And the food was delicious! My wife and I have been waiting to try this place. My wife walked into the restaurant two months ago, thinking they were open, and the joke was on her, the owner or staff explained they weren't open yet. Well momma had high hopes, and it was shot down, and two months later, I called her up while she was getting off from work, and asked her to meet me here to share a meal. It was awesome! Now we have three places that we trust will come through for our chicken and fixings. The sauces are made to flirt with your emotions, and their desserts are there to tuck you in bed. When we finished, we didn't reek of the idis, we reeked of home cooking food and customer love... I like the atmosphere at Waldo's - it's a great place to watch a game with their large t.v.'s placed everywhere. The sweet tea was good. The food was not as good as I have had before. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and crusty. Hard to boast about the chicken if it's not the main focus and delicious. This place has some seriously good chicken! I had the tenders and hubby had a local special sandwich with a fried boneless thigh and pimiento cheese. From their big list of sauces, I chose the comeback sauce, Mayo based with a tiny kick, and Rooster, more of a Nashville style sweet and hot. For my side I added their coleslaw. It’s a sweet vinegar slaw. If you like that style, they make a good one. Next time I will choose the collard greens like hubby did. There has to be a grandma back in that kitchen! The greens were tender and had a smoky bacon taste. The atmosphere supports sports with a dozen TVs. It also has a family dining type feel with mostly tables and chairs. But, hey, they have a full bar so I can make it work. Bea, in the bar, cared for us. She was friendly and knew the menu well. Even if you are full, get a banana pudding to go. It is home style with a pudding layer and a whipped cream layer. Overall, it was a great experience and we plan to visit again soon. Throughly enjoyed this homey atmosphere place for the first time! Excellent food served piping hot to your table. Chicken has light breading so as not to overpower the chicken tenders. Sauces are very good, both smooth and tangy, depending on which of the 11 sauces you choose! The slaw was sweet and tart, and the fries were lightly seasoned. The banana pudding was worth the price. I loved every bite! Check them out at Tiger Hill Plaza next time you want some chicken or catfish! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Nice experience, the sandwich and onion rings were both good but…the sandwich was a bit dry so I asked the server for some more mayonnaise, a while later a manager came to the table to tell me extra mayonnaise would be $0.49. I’m not upset at the cost but I am disappointed I would have to pay extra to make my sandwich better. I’ll give this place another try in the future but I was disappointed with this interaction. I got the tender basket with mac and cheese. Very disappointed, the mac n cheese is bland, the texture is gummy. Honestly one of the worst mac n cheese I’ve had from a drive thru. The chicken is okay, it was a little dry. The Rooster sauce is really sweet not much chili flavor in my opinion. The only good thing was the biscuits. I just feel like I’ve wasted my money. Not impressed for my first visit, I didn’t finish any of my food.

The downside is that the best menu catfish and chicken are not available on Saturday and Sunday !!! Weird, but they are their rules Natural lemonade is good, just too much sugar Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
The fried chicken strips are super good and crunchy. The rocket sauce is not killer hot, but very tasty. The biscuits are maybe the best I’ve ever had. Mac and cheese side was awesome, I’m going for the loaded mac and cheese with chicken bites next time. Had the banana pudding for desert, very very good, and enough for two to share. The service is 5 star restaurant quality. This was our first visit, and certainly not our last. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

We were so excited to have food from a new place for Thanksgiving. Unfortunately we were disappointed. First, the website allowed me to order ahead of time for pickup on Thanksgiving 12:00 Noon. I tried calling before leaving Owasso and no one answered. I looked on facebook and it stated they didn’t open until 3:30 that day. Luckily we were ok with picking the food up later. My husband picked up the food and was told that they thought we would cancel the order so it wasn’t ready. He waited on the food and it gave them the opportunity to apologize but that never happened. We paid approximately $72 for the food. It definitely wasn’t worth the money. The Mac and cheese was gummy, no flavor.. the chicken was average..the potato wedges had no seasoning..the salad was ok, the coleslaw tasted old… rolls were good.. dessert was good but overpriced. We were so disappointed. I gave them another chance that night before heading to work on night shift. I bought 2-18 piece wings for hospital staff that had to work that night and everyone said that they were so dry, just not good. So $58.00 wasted. $140 total. Don’t waste your time or money. You will be disappointed. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
