One of the fancy café in Biratnagar. Like most fancy places in the city, the place is expensive, comparing to some equal standard cafe in Kathmandu. But the place was impressive, the service was very smooth (they actually use automated order service) and staffs were polite. The food was also nice. The parking maybe a problem as it is located at a very busy street. Would recommend this place to people around there. Service Dine in Meal type Other

The service at their main branch was incredibly disappointing. We were waiting to place our orders for half an hour, with no staff member attending to us. Despite having visited the them multiple times before (this being my fourth visit), my recent experience was dishearteningly different. It's a shame when one bad experience overshadows what was once a good impression. Sadly, I won't be returning there anytime soon after this disappointing experience. First visit and they were not there to take our order even after calling out, delayed response. Momos were good but i have had better tasting momos at a lower price. So considering the price, it was not satisfactory at all. Cheese pizza was bad, i was afraid i would break my teeth and the taste was also nothing to write home about . They don't respect customer's time. No one came to take our orders for 35 minutes (not an exaggeration we noted exact time 6:05- 6:40) so we stormed out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

A nice restaurant in the heart of the city with tasty food is just what one needs! Won't say it pricey, nonetheless the food makes up for it. 4 stars because of limited menu.. room for improvement!!

The Chicken pasta at WakeCup Cafe is sooo cheesy and yum 😋Tried the Trappuchino Blend and Hot chocolate drink . Absolutely loved them ❤ ♥

Ambience and aroma is satisfying. However, the coffee was too cold to be enjoyed even after getting it replaced and mostly nothing mentioned in the menu for the dessert section was available. Highly disappointed!!

Lovely coffee, professional staff, great ambience, contactless ordering and payment options. Would recommend it to every coffee lover! Not just coffee, they serve a variety of fresh, delicious food items that will leave your licking your fingers.
