Hey! 🌟 Checked out @wahaj_kuwait in Hayat Regency at Alkout Mall, Fahaheel! 📍 They’ve got amazing international dishes made by skilled chefs.
Thursdays mean BBQ buffet, and Wednesdays are all about Seafood buffet. I went for the BBQ buffet at 16 KD per person.
They’ve got marinated Chicken and beef, and you can pick what you like – it’s made fresh in front of you! 😍 Tried lots of BBQ options, all juicy and delicious.
But wait, there’s more! Chicken Palao (Chicken with Rice) is a standout – rated 10/10! 🍚
Salad lovers, rejoice! Tons of options, including a super delicious Corn salad.
Desserts are a hit – Trimusue is nice, but the Chocolate Mousse is a solid 10/10! 🍫 Also tried fresh pastries and fruits, and had fun with the chocolate fountain. 😍
They even make fresh Tandoor roti for an extra cost.
Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but the taste, quality, and variety are absolutely worth it. Buffet lovers, this place is a must-try!

The breakfast bar is decent. The lunch and dinner is just fine. Versatile menu. The Burger os good and satisfying. The Salmon Tikka is also nice. Mixed cold mezzanine is really authentic. Fresh baked bread. It's a good place overall.
Probably one of the finest restaurants in the immediate area. Located inside the Hyatt and connected to the Al-Kout mall, there is plenty of reasons why you can come here and still do shopping and such. The mall also has a large modern parking garage - prices for parking for 2 hours was .9 KD.
The atmosphere is very modern with modern Arabic inspired art and design on fused with western touches. Seating is both tables and hybrid bench/chair seating options.
The menus are tablets with touchscreen items. The host can change the languages to suit your own. See the QR code images I uploaded to scan the most current menu options.
They have a very pleasant staff who speak Arabic and English, but assuredly speak others as well.
The service is focused on Arabic cuisine with heavy influence of Indian dishes. Lots of lamb, rice, seafood and bread dishes with plenty of vegetable sides. Because it's linked with the Hyatt, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner service and have lengthy open hours.
Service is exceptional. While not a place you need to dress up for, they treat you as of you are in such a environment. Wait staff are responsive and helpful but don't hover or make you feel rushed to leave. Note that in many Arabic restaurants, they won't bring you the check until you ask them for it; even if they are busy or its been an hour or longer that you've finished your meal.
Prices are slightly higher but given the location, it's not unexpected. All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are inclusive of tax. Tipping is not required but appreciated.
Overall, a very good option with convenient parking, additional shopping options, and a clean and we'll maintained environment.
We went there for sea food buffet.
There was no cooked meals which was a bit annoying. There was only salad and not tasty Suchi.
The only thing that I really loved and enjoyed was the live station. 😍
