Waffle House 204 was a delightful place to be this Valentine's night..decorated with balloons and hearts, and welcomed by cheerful staff. I drank excellent coffee and ate a delicious bacon biscuit. I enjoyed conversation with the manager, staff, visitors, and - I believe - a very nice district manager. Thank you 204!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today on this Christmas morning I encountered the Best service I've had in years!! I did not get the manager's name but Nivea was our server. The whole outfit was running like a well oiled machine!! The complete order was wrong waitress and cook was very rude.Their were several others that they complete orders were wrong as well. Then to be charged and have the waitress talk very rude to me. I spent Christmas alone and I decided to go get WH for breakfast. The moment I walked in the door the whole staff greeted me and said Merry Christmas. Immediately put a smile on my face. Was told they didn’t have plastic silverware and they only did to-gos… mind u its 3am and they tell me this AFTER serving the food… proceeds to tell me there might be some in a gas station… if id been told sooner i would have went over to another waffle house instead of running around looking for something to eat the food with while it gets cold… just stupid. Staff was nice. Service was great. Place was filthy. Equipment looked worn out. Waffle makers made a poor undercooked inside ok outside waffle. Ice in the water was dirty, some sort of gunk, I noticed after i tasted the water. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
