Server was horrible. No communication what so ever. He might have said three words to us. I got biscuits and gravy. They were overloaded with salt and pepper. One of the employees had a newborn baby in a pumpkin seed sitting on one of the tables while she worked. Our table was dirty. And we were the only ones in there NEVER EVER AGAIN! The cook was talking out the side of neck. He was very rude talking and cursing loud talking in 3rd person about the customers. Making racial slurs. Complaining about having to work and the work schedule. I felt bad for the employees having to endure this the whole entire shift. Have not been for a while now, and today didn't make me want to return. Food was good (not exceptional, which is what I actually expected). 1st since I was there for take out, they didn't want me to sit at the counter even though it was empty. I had a wait in line to place my order for about 15 minutes (about 5 ahead of me) then they were out of the raisin toast which was the request by the person who was not with me. Behind the counter was complete disorder with at least 6 people working in front and 2 more in the back. Wait, time for food was another 15-minute wait, at least. Had order of hash browns with tomatoes and onions, which i had to send back not having either. BTW, take out auto includes 10% tip plus 10% take out charge added. I'm just glad i didn't stay to eat. I've been here at this location a couple of times. The service overall here is not good. Cooks don't communicate with each other. Ordered an ALL AMERICAN got my eggs, hash browns (not correctly prepared), and toast first. This was followed by my drink later on my sausage. After the meal was complete, I received my waffle and finally a refill on my beverage. The manager was there, but never once did she jump in to assist and redirect the diner. She began her inventory count. Food was tasty, just very unorganized Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went NYE only taking walk-up orders, not a problem. I'm waiting I'm my car facing restaurant where ppl taking/giving out orders can see cars. I saw the woman wave at least 1 woman from her car to come retrieve her food, she was there before me. After waiting for a long time I saw a gentleman who arrived after me get his food, (he stood outside the entire time) I get out and go to the window where still no one got up. Oh I forgot to mention, several employees inside walked past this window repeatedly taking orders looking out at me! Once this young lady decides to hand me my order after she picked up another bag that she'd gotten ready I asked her, "Has my food been sitting here this entire time dying?" She replied, "yes." I asked "Why didn't you wave at me to come get it?" She replied, "I don't bring food out." I stated "I asked "Why didn't you wave to me when my order was hot and ready, like you did other people?" She lied "I didn't wave at anyone and walked!" People can't look you in the face when they're lying, and this is the first and last time I'll ever come to this Waffle House! My food was cold, not cooked as requested, and the service was poor. I don't have a piss poor attitude nor do accept or appreciate one in return. Satan was not ruining my first day of the NEW YEAR!!! Nasty. Dirty. Disgusting. Did I say Dirty. Filthy. Not edible. Waffles batter was watery bc the waffles didn't rise. They were flat undercooked. The name of the restaurant is WAFFLE house. I will NEVER go back. And did I mention they overcharged me. I was so sick of the nasty greasy tables, booths, kitchen appliances had grease rolling down them, I just paid and left. Our meal here was a disaster. It took an hour for them to deliver a very poor example of something that was barely edible. I should have gone hungry. Every time Am out East it’s a sure thing I will be eating at a Waffle House, I love the service, great people, can’t beat the price. And food is always good!

The one star was for the person who actually helped. Arrived at 307pm, took 8 minutes to be acknowledged and another 10 to take my order. Left at 343 hungry. Place is beyond disorganized. Called to speak to manager. Never answered the phone. Never go back Service Dine in

walked into Waffle House, the old lady (with a matted old tired 20 year old synthetic track sew in probably used yarn) washing dishes bout threw a tiny skillet at me, told me to get off my phone if I was gon eat inside and stared at me like I took her husband of 40 years or something within 30 seconds of being there😭😭 I couldn't even stay man I just knew she was gon spit in my food.
