We visited W&L Restaurant Cafe with one of our nephews for lunch today and we had a great time. The restaurant is cosy and clean, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The friendly couple owners, Wilson & Lisa are Sarawakian chefs and every month they take turns sourcing authentic ingredients back home. The food is delicious and authentic, especially the Sarawak Borneo cuisine. We tried the Sarawak Laksa, Kuching Char Siew sauce kolo new and sum, the Sibu kampua noodles and the appetising side dishes, and they were all amazing. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant also has a Facebook page where you can see its latest updates and promotions. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves Chinese and Asian food. W&L Restaurant Cafe is undoubtedly, one of the best restaurants for sampling popular Sarawakian delicacies under one roof in Melaka.

Came here for dinner with the family and was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly and helpful uncle, which I presume should be the boss. The place is air conditioned which makes the cafe vert comfortable in this hot weather. They serve a variety of dishes but are specialised in authentic Sarawakian style cooking. They have set and also ala-carte, will surely be back again.

Was craving authentic Sarawak cuisine and was not disappointed. Food was amazing. We got the set and the portion was quite generous and the presentation was pretty. Staff were super friendly and welcoming and overall vibes of the shop was homely and comforting.

Best place in Melaka! Funny how after tiring days of walking through tourist traps and ridiculous itineraries, the best place turns out to be near my own hotel.
The owner and staffs are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their restaurant is beautiful and clean, with a great atmosphere to wind down after a busy day.
