You guys used to be great but now its 🤮. Especially the customer service has really gotten worse over time and right now I would'nt recommend this place to someone
I tried ordering in advance so that I could get my cake early and I ended up having a week old cake. You guys have a lot to improve on

Terrible terrible experience. They cannot follow simple instructions and will give you something completely different from what you ordered.
My child was left in tears due to hideous birthday cake.
