I won't easily recommend this branch any more. We have had some great coffees here but they are always too loud and slow with service. Also feel like the coffees and frios have drastically dropped off in the last few months as far as quality goes. It's simply not worth our time or money to support this branch any more and it's sad because we've been loyal to it for the past few years. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Worst service I have ever experience as I was not the clientele they prefared (and this has become a trend at more than one Vida only!!). The staff were terrible and the coffee so weak and tasteless that I threw it out. Waste of time and money. No stars, if that was possible!!!! Service Take out
Coffee shop with seating in the foyer near the Woolworths entrance. The very good coffee was served with a small chocolate. Order at the coffee counter and find a table. Wheelchair accessible.
Ridiculously rude barista. I wasn’t given a slip and therefore not an order number. Upon asking if an order was mine I was repeatedly yelled at “128!” “128!” In front of a full shop of other people. Don’t hire staff that clearly don’t want a job in the service industry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Coffee is not consistent in quality. Today its really nice and strong, other times it tastes like brown water. Today was told no more chocolate, its all out, but other staff member fetched some out of cupboard 🤷🏼‍♀️ And they don't give the Wi-Fi password, although other Vida Cafés do give WiFi password. A mediocre experience, which could be much improved on, but at least still a place to sit and have a quick break while running around doing errands. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Vida coffee is the best. Very friendly staff and good selection of meals
Had very nice experiences there previously, but the last time I was there I wanted to pay cash only to find that you could not at that time due to the pandemic. There were no signs to indicate this so I just went ahead and after I ordered I was informed that cash was not begin accepted at the time. The lady then showed me the TINY notice on the table where no one could read or see it! Please make these things more clear and visible!!!
10 staff members behind the counter. What for? To make noise. Where is the social distancing??? Friday morning, all it does is actually slow down your order. Usually great service, so sad!

Waiting for 15 min for a Vitalty smoothie. Then I eas told they dont have it. Now I must pick something else they cant refund me. 😡
The staff was SO loud!!! 😠 I couldn't hear my friend next to me talking. The lady behind the till was talking to her coworkers and didn't even speak to us once. Quick service but the customer treatment can be much, much better!
