Coffees & service is great at Grandwest Casino last night ,but tables are not cleaned & cleared at all .. ongoing problem..with covid-19 .. it's not acceptable..I spoke to a gentleman..he said that the casino staff was responsible for cleaning and clearing the tables of empties/dirty wrappings etc

There does not seem to be a direct email address where one can write a review without making it public so here goes. Your Vida E in Northgate Estate is shocking!!!! The little bit of food they have on offer is never fresh and the lack of consistency is very frustrating. One staff member makes an item one way and the next day another staff member makes it another, surely there needs to be a standard and consistency of recipe. I just threw away a R40 Peanut Butter Forca ...it was like trying to drink a peanut butter and jam sandwich. GROSS!!! We also throw away a lot of chicken and mayo sandwiches as they are dry...NO MAYO. For the prices charged I expect quality. A simple order = a toasted croissant with chorizo even gets messed up. They toast the outside and the inside is ice cold and not melted. We always give them the benefit of the doubt and end up going there because its convenient but no more. No more dry chicken mayo, no more cold chorizo and no more forcas.

My hart is very sore. It's raining cats and dogs and the Vida e Caffe at Shell Ultra in Worcester do not have hot chocolate. Waiting for supplier!! Come on man, you got the best hot choccie!!

My experience at Vida e Caffe based at the Shell Garage in Katherine Street, Sandton has always been phenomonal. There are ladies there that serve you with a smile everytime. Their attitude is outstanding - thank you Carol and Ruth. You make my day. Tried to load a compliment on the Shell site too... These ladies have my deepest respect!

Latte is made from milk not water. Americano is nothing orher than a plane coffee with tap water, ice cubes. If you want to ask European prices on youre beverages, you perhaps need to learn the how to make European beverages first. Otherwise its a rip off for discusting drinks.

Bad idea to discontinue your pasteis de coco! Vida's pasteis de nata are well below standard (there are places in Cape Town with better pasteis de nata) and I used to enjoy eating Vida's pasteis de coco but now can't even have them at any at the Vida stores!!! Why discontinue something that is working?
