Probably the worse Vida E on this side of the mountain, the staff literally walk you out of the way as they are busy receiving a stock order. Standing behind two other people in line for another 5min, then I asked if we will be assisted just to hear if you want coffee you will have to wait because they are busy servicing the espresso machine. It would be better close your door and say you're busy with maintenance, then dishing out this type of service with your competitors just on your front patio. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've always been a fan of vide e coffee. The St John's Piazza branch in Sea Point is awful lately. Tables outside are never cleaned. Was here on Monday, table had birds poo on it. today is Thursday, still same bird poo on the table. Staff are also very unfriendly.

Situated in a very well lit atrium. Very friendly and helpful staff. I like the fact that they don’t put Mayonnaise on a lot of their rolls and sandwiches like a lot of others do. Here you have the option.

Very rude staff. Wanted to get lunch and a coffee but honestly did not have the time for miserable people. Manager needs to either employ new people or get better at managing humans and guaranteeing happiness in employees not only customers. Something isn't right about this establishment.

Worst Vida in Cape Town. Miserable people serving you and quality is not the Vida standard. Won't be back. You guys need to buck up. With Woolies right next door people will walk straight past because your service and coffee is dismal. I ordered a Pa Special and got a cup of watery milk with ice. I order this up the road at Da Luz and those guys ace it every time. Same got V&A. This is definitely not up to standard.

Great coffee, nice place to sit an very central, Woolworth’s next door, Laundromat and dry cleaners upstairs, Ocean Basket, Nail salons, myself an my girlfriend always grab their coffee before shopping or collecting our laundry.

Good coffee and pastries. The place is very narrow. And if it rains you'll get hit if youre sitting in the forecourt area. A thorough daily cleaning would be helpful too.

A typical Vida. Pleasant and sunny courtyard off the main road. Great parking option just around the corner at parkade. Ask Vida and/or nextdoor Woolworths to stamp your parking ticket for discount.
