This place is AMAZING!! We had a couple of drinks and wandered over to the DJ to sign up. That's really all you have to do. They called us by name when it was our turn, we picked out our microphones, took a deep breath and belted out our favorite songs! Neither my wife nor I had ever done this before, but the crowd was very nice.... even tolerant of me hollering out REALLY obscure songs from the 90's. The drinks were just ok, but the chips and queso was a great way to get started. We both sang, so we didn't want to eat a lot (yes, i was afraid i was gonna hurl, but i did it and survived!). Give this place a shot. You will have a great time! Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place was AWESOME! Came down from Houston to celebrate my bestie birthday. The atmosphere here was so welcoming and warm. We had a great time the manager and staff is so friendly! And the DJ was very entertaining and hilarious! Will hopefully visit again before we leave the town if the time allows. Price per person $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We're excited to try the food next time we visit. This place is so much fun! We arrived around 7:30pm on a Sunday and the rotation was only a few people. We loved how friendly the staff were and all the comfy furniture options. Though it was already busy so get there early to find a good seat, especially if you're in a group larger than 4. We noticed that though it was busy, a lot of people were just watching singers so if you love karaoke, you get to sing quite often. Several people were eating out of cardboard boxes. It looked delicious but we didn't eat there. Drinks were good and our server checked in on us pretty frequently. We had a blast! I highly recommend this place! Oh, and children are allowed until 8pm. Price per person $10–20 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disgustingly ran business that left a bad taste in my mouth for Fredericksburg. Started out fun, we were paying $200(!!!) per hour for VIP tables and were ready to continue paying that all night before the GM Christine decided to kick us out for????? She couldn't provide a reason except our friend looked sleepy...I think it was because we were a large group of gay men. All of us were well behaved and playing good songs the whole bar was enjoying. I will NEVER return here and hope it sees its last days SOON. My only compliment is that our server was nice and he deserved for us to stay and tip him generously at the end of the night...but nope, we didn't get the chance to show our appreciation after we were suddenly kicked out without ANY reason. Here I am. Second bad review. If it weren’t for the HORRIBLE blonde manager, this place would be amazing. She only likes locals. We were there for 2 hours and carried the entertainment for those 2 hours. Literally no idea what stronghold is but is needs to be reduced. Paid for all drinks, charged for gratuity twice. Literally had issues with this manager for 4 years. Completely DONE now. Hope the owner reads these. She’s killing your business. Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible experience here. From the comments, this seems to be a trend. We got asked to leave because the General Manager, Christine, said someone in our group was too drunk and couldn’t be there anymore. Our friend was not too drunk and was simply singing along with the songs just like everyone else in the bar. Confused as to why we were selected from the crowd, whether it was a race or sexual orientation issue is still a possibility. Will not be back and would not recommend to others. So overpriced. $12 for Skrewball shots that cost $24 for a 750ml bottle, and they serve it in a plastic cup that looks like ketchup would come in - and that is after the $10 cover. Also, there are 2 single bathrooms and the lines take forever. We were here 45 min and spent 30+ min standing in the bathroom line. Crossroads had amazing bands, is way more upscale, and drink prices were ~half comparatively.

Great bar for karaoke and drinks. Kind of small and no where to sit if the tables have been reserved. Bartenders were awesome! All in all, definitely recommend and would go back. Open until 2am. Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The bartender turned us away after having 1 drink before saying one of our friends was too drunk. Picked and chose who could go into the bar as 21 WITH A COVER CHARGE. was going to have my bachelorette party here and bring hundreds of dollars to the bar because it was the one we were most excited to go to. But ABSOLUTELY NOT after the interaction with the bouncer that we had. Completely rude and uncalled for. It was either Christine or Destiny and it was a horrible experience.
