I like shopping here fresh produce, great variety of meat, bakery, and hot food. Everything taste great and the place smells amazing.

Very racist staff. Came in a couple times with each time ending the same. I'd get completely ignored at the customer check out at the food court area. I would wait patiently to check out and the lady there wouldn't say anything and would ignore me if I asked if could get pay for the tamales I'd pick up. I've noticed this happening a couple times and would even notice that they didn't do it to anyone else. I don't know if it's because of a language barrier, but still this is unacceptable.

Excellent Hot Deli Counter! Also an excellent meat and cheese counters! Delicious Hot Tamales are always available, just serve yourself! 6 varieties!

went today in the morning and I was using the self checkout , lady there help without asking for her help and was very rude about it. I work at walmart I know how search up items while using the self checkout . and she just had a mean mugging face . and a guacamole was just as bad.

Update: I needed to update my review from 2 years ago. I've decided to take away 2 stars for lack of customer service. During my last visit at the self checkout, I asked the attendant for assistance. The response I received was, "i can't help you." Yes, I was offended. It's apparent these young girls need training. The proper response should have been "let me find someone who can help you." ______________________________________ The store met my expectations of cleanliness, and the service was exceptional. I truly miss having a Vallarta nearby. There's a nice variety of cultural products to choose from.

The service is great. Everyone is very friendly and they have a lot of produce to choose from and hot sauce. Lol They do need to improve the wait with the cashiers. They need more cashiers.

Would give 0 star if possible. Worst cashier(Mexican lady) ever. My family went in bought a few fruits which cost us over $100 . I check receipt and notice the cashier charges me for a whole box of peaches instead of 1. I want to talk to manager but was told to leave the store there are many customers in line waiting. Security escorted me out without my refund last time I'm stepping in this store ever again. My Asian brothers and sisters Don't support these racist.

2/19/22 I got sick 🤢 drink I call customer service there was a girl very rude she said she cannot give no information it was against the law she was very she said go ahead and Sue Vallarta she don't care she only care for her paycheck who cares who gets sick all the fresh drinks they're fakes I think her name was Cassandra with Sandra or Lexus operonica doesn't matter but I'm going to the ER and put a lawsuit on by yourself I'm going to health department
