Nestled right in the center of the touristy spot, this nice little cafe serves up good drinks, desserts, the food is ok. However, its winning traits are the inviting, cozy atmosphere and the view out over Zhengbing fishing harbor. My Moon rating: 🌗 Great latte coffee. Brown sugar latte is one among the best and MUST try for those who like bubble milk tea. Matcha cheese cake and lemon tart is also good. The price is a little expensive at the end. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Food and coffee was great, but the customer demography doesn’t match the restaurant’s image. Would be better if the restaurant have some policy on number of people, cause the restaurant was over crowded when I visited. Even though, in the sake of good food, coffee and the view , the restaurant is still worth to come, and be sure to make a reservation in advance, cause the table is very limited.

Nestled enchantingly along the vibrant Zhengbin Fishing Harbour, this cafe’s cozy interior exuded an inviting warmth that made it easy to settle in. We ordered a matcha cheesecake, iced coffee and iced yuzu tea. The coffee, while decent, didn't quite hit the mark of the robust and flavorful brew I had envisioned. The taste of the matcha cake was satisfactory but it lacked the intensity and depth that I had hoped for. If you're seeking a cozy spot to have an average cup of coffee and perhaps engage in some leisurely conversation, this cafe could fit the bill. Coffee is average, not much aromatic and tastes quite sour. Waiting time is quite long but the atmosphere is very nice. Good to visit anyway 😃 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The coffee here is absolutely delicious, and the chocolate tart is simply delightful. But what truly stood out was the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the welcoming staff. I must say, one of the owners is exceptionally good-looking! The interior of the cafe is charming and perfect for a relaxing time. I highly recommend visiting Tuman Cafe for a delightful coffee experience.

Average food and coffee, but the place is near a tourist spot - the colorful houses. We went here as it is one of the very few places that is opened during Chinese New Year. Vibe is interesting though and staff is super nice. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

TexasTom and TaiwanTing visit.... I thought the 1 star reviews were a bit unfair compared to the experience we had. The staff was friendly and efficient. Even brought a knife when she saw were were struggling with the apple pie 🥧 crust. The drinks were really great. I had the caramel latte. Had a nice flower design. The scone was really good. Nice and flaky. Served with heavy cream and cranberry jelly. Yum! The Apple pie was good but not your traditional apple pie. Had a lemon flavor to it and no cinnamon. The crust was made of filo and was very tasty. Overall really great experience!

Such a warm and cozy vibe. The people here are just as fantastic as the coffee and cakes they serve. Please visit and stay for a while to soak it all in !

Beautiful coffee shop located at Keelung, comfortable dining atmosphere, you can see the port, good coffee latte and snacks, the chocolate brownie is delicious and the chips are crispy
