It's a pleasant experience to try perfectly cooked flatbreads, quesadillas and bacon. Great fruit smoothies are offered at this bar. Food delivery is a big advantage of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Gracious employees work hard, stay positive and make this place great. The cool service is a big plus of this place. Google users are quite generous with this spot: it was rated 4.3 stars.

So i ordered 3 smoky grilled cheese sandwhiches tonight and when I got home with them i had 3 melted cheese sandwhiches. The bread was not even remotely toasted. I called up to the store and the person that answered the phone told me that they put them in the oven because the grill press machine was being cleaned. I told her the bread was not even slightly toasted, it was as if the bread was freshly sliced with melted cheese. She told me that the sandwhich does not call for them to place it on grill press, but they do that at this location to make the sandwhich more crispy. Attached is picture of the sandwhiches that I had to grill myself when I got home. I do not appreciate being lied to.

Restaurant & bathroom was clean, employee Jayden was very nice & helpful. Service time to wait was reasonable and the food was hot and tasty- yummy. Only issue was the amount of food for the price I paid was not worth it. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Tropical smoothie has always been one of my go to spots. Everyone is always super friendly especially Shawndra, Nick, and Charity. I have told my friends about it and me and my wife Kamrehn come in regular Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Old review below. This place has went down hill fast. I sit on line for 10 minutes , when I get to the front of the line to order, they tell me they are only doing smoothies because they’re understaffed. Why did you let me stand in line for 10 minutes, could you not have informed the whole crowd in line waiting? Bad bad. So disappointed. Get it together. I won’t be back for a while. I’ll give them time to get their stuff together. Shockingly good customer service, what a rarity these days. Quick on getting orders ready. One lady even remembered my order after only being there a few times (a month later). Maybe the best Tropical Smoothie location I’ve been to.

I’ve been eating at Tropical Smoothie for years and years… never had any type of problem until now.. there a very rude short female that works the register. I made and online order around 9:30 at night. Pull up it’s 9:45pm and the lights are out.. closing 15 mins early. So they unlocked the side door and let me in to tell me that my order couldn’t be made. I called said ok. So she refunded my card. As I walked out of the door I looked at the receipt and realized she shirt change me almost $4. So I turned around.. the cashier had the nerve to get mad because she didn’t give me all my money.🤷🏿‍♂️ make it make sense.. so she asked the 3 coworkers standing around her in a sarcastic way.. “y’all got $3” and they all handed it to her balled up. She seen the look on my face and began to redo the refund on the card.. looked at that receipt when I left it wasn’t a refund she did it as a purchase… I want my $27!! This is the 2nd visit with an attitude from her…she needs to go!! By the way I’m contacting corporate next.

The smoothie I got was very yummy but I also ordered a salad with a side of chips and there were no chips or salad dressing, and the salad itself was missing parts as well

I don’t know why this food tastes so bland recently, it’s like the staff intentionally leaves out ingredients or they are cutting back on flavor due to inflation. It’s literally not good at all. Service Delivery Meal type Brunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I just left Tropical Smooth in Tuscaloosa and i ordered two Blimey Limey and they tast bad they did not put any pineapple or orange juice or any sweeten just a flat taste

Order was incorrect because no one could hear over the club-level music playing. The replacement smoothie was also incorrect. At that point, I walked out without the offering if being refunded. $8 for 2 incorrect smoothies is ridiculous.
